I'm so sorry to the man that had to retrieve my mail today. Walla Walla post is down. I had no other option. So I had to come to the College Place post office. He couldn't have made it any more obvious that we were just a huge inconvenience to him. Mr. raised eyebrows. I'm so very sorry that I had to ask you to get my mail. Congratulations on having a job that you get to treat people like they're simply an inconvenience and still keep your job. I'm in disbelief that you're allowed to be so blatantly rude.

My experiences with employees is generally great here. They also have a better supply of stamps than the Walla Walla office.

We have told these delivery people several times that our mail box is by the road. I watch them walk up to it, look right at it and walk all the way to my door with a couple letters. They ignore anything you say and put your mail anywhere they please. They hire the dumbest people and when you complain the management does absolutely nothing. By far the most useless people in town.

Minus 5 stars no wonder you have a 3.8 rating Got a paper saying 2nd attempt to deliver certified mail so I called and asked why was the carrier too incompetent to actually knock on the door instead of leaving the noteNoone knew anything about it couldn't find it in the system even though I gave all the information asked from the noteI've never seen a more incompetent bunch of people working at a post office
