Horrible terrible service. Four eyes behind the counter was super rude. No idea how to treat customers and they think they are better than you. Don’t give them your money. They are not good people.

High prices even for a convenience store. While clerk was getting my deli food, destroyed my burrito with tongs. No plastic bags whatsoever, which was really inconvenient since I was walking.

Not friendly staff and worthless bottom of the barrel service = negative reviews. There are a number of 1 star reviews that indicate that Cougar Foodmart is not well-suited for modern day, customer-comes-first business. We do not feel that these people are at the level that we would expect. Please do better for the next customer - you won't be having me back.

I witnessed an employee come out of the toilet stall and leave the bathroom without washing his hands. The bathroom is disgusting. There are no paper towels in the bathroom so I had to grab the same handle that I just saw an employee grab without washing hands. Gross, gross, gross.

Rude employee by the name of Fritz.. bought a chicken sandwich from hot deli , it had soggy roll for the bun and the chicken was so rubbery couldn't even tear apart, went back in with it and spoke politely to Fritz About it and showed it to him, his exact words were" so, what do you want me to do about it" than he threw it away and told me they was nothing he could do, after I got a bit angry he offered me a item that was half the price of the chicken sandwich and he was unbelievably rude I was shocked that he would treat a customer this way, finally a nice lady named Mary fixed the issue by giving me a comparable priced food item

I have never been inside a convenience store with so many unhappy and rude employees. Their high prices on top of their attitudes is enough for me to only go to the Chevron across the way. Only thing this place has going for them is the location, which isn't enough to go back.

Most of the staff here are not very friendly. They project the attitude of they would rather be doing anything else with their time. This station has the lowest quality fuel that you can get in town. I absolutely refuse to use their fuel in even my lawn mower. Stay away if at all possible.
