A pleasure to work with. Facility is clean and easy to access. Staff has always been friendly and helpful, and willing to accommodate. I wouldn't use anywhere else for my storage needs.

I have had several storage units and this one was the best. They have great rates and excellent security. Stored at this facility for 6 months and always felt my belongings were safe and secure. Also the management was so kind. Will definitely store with them again if ever I'm in need.

Such a great experience at this facility. The signing up process was smooth, the facility is clean, and it is easy to access one's items pretty much anytime. It was a pleasure to interact with a genuinely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable manager.

We've had multiple storage units here since 2017. The units are clean and dry with low humidity. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is secure and access is simple. Everything you could want in a storage facility. Keep up the great work!

I was very happy with my experience here. My unit was clean, dry & secure with great ease of access. The people were what made it triple worthy of my rating. If I ever need to store things again, I will come back to Secure Self Storage. Thanks for being awesome!

This place is a rip off made me pay for a month in advance so I paid for 2 months and only used unit for 2 weeks due to Oregon fire status near my home, when I was cleared out by the 30th of august I was told I wouldn’t get a refund for the extra money I paid for and even the print out for the unit I got after clean out says refund status and refund balance which it says 150.00 refund. Worst storage unit I ever worked with and will never use again. I’m posting picture of paper receipts they gave me as proof. I will be filing a small claims in court as this is not how u do business. UPDATE THIS BUSINESS DID READ MY REVIEW AND HAVE REMEDIED THE SITUATION BY REFUNDING MY 150 DOLLAR AND DID IT PROMPTLY AFTER I POSTED THE REVIEW THEY DO HAVE NICE UNITS AT A DECENT PRICE. JUST MAKE SURE IF YOU STORE HERE IN A EMERGENCY THAT U LET MANAGER KNOW SO THEY CAN MAKE SURE TO GET YOU ANY REFUND YOUR DESERVED.

My family and I had got a unit from them about a year ago and everything since then has been great, never any problems or hassle, gate always has worked well unlike some other storage facilities, we have never had any problems with pests or water leakage or even spiders. Great experience and would use this facility again in the future!
