An idyllic and beautiful getaway in the south of Whidbey Island. It brings to mind images of Tolkien's Rivendell. Lush forest with wonderfully maintained grounds and trails winding through it. Definitely a must visit location.

We went to check this place out but it was closed for a private retreat. Which is no worries. But when we talked to someone she was quite curt and gave some mixed messages to our family. Honestly I felt turned off by that and don't think we will return based off of the unfriendly vibe.
