Jim's review is ridiculous. I've used Pacific window and door for multiple remodeling projects and they've always been more than reasonable with their prices. I shop around the Seattle area a lot for home remodel needs since I'm in the industry and have found that this spot close to home is not as expensive as Seattle and also has much better customer service. The staff knows me by a first name basis now and I love how they work with me on my many projects! Thank you so much for all you do!!!
