Wow. Warriors is doing a stellar job! Their service station is a great addition to their rocking Quick stop up the hill. I had my oil changed and they do an excellent job of making you feel taken care of. Now I can get work on my Subaru and pay a decent price for gas in one location.

Nice place and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I usually run Shell gas in my vehicles and this is actually not a Shell gas station any longer. Google search needs to do an update on this. No big deal though their gas seemed fine and everyone was very helpful!

Had a nail in our tire and this was the only place in Cle Elum able to do tire repair. We pulled in and were immediately helped. They took off our spare, patched our tire, and put it back on all within 15 minutes for only $50. Just like a pit crew! Seriously fast, helpful, and got us back on our way. Thank you so much guys!

Had a great experience at this shop. I was coming back from eastern WA and got a nail on one of my tires. Looked everywhere for help on a Sunday evening, was lucky enough to find their station. Told them the issue, they fixed my tire quickly and at a very reasonable price. Everyone there was very friendly and happy to help. A very pleasant experience during a stressful situation for me. They told me they do roadside assistance as well, hopefully won’t need it but good to know they’re there!

A++++++++ Back story: Went to leave for a cruise found a bolt in the tire. We didn't have time to fix it so we knew we were running the chance of coming back to a flat. Which we did. Got it aired up and tired to find someone to fix it. Called a place they said yes we can get you in. We get there and it's a 2 - 2 and half hour wait. Tire is holding air so back on the road....until...the bolt came out. We limped it in and while changing the tire found a local. He recommended Willette's. We had no choice... Boy a was I glad we made the choices we did. Rolled into this service station and they got us in and done in under 30mins. All while they were dealing with a 3 semi truck pile up (under manned) and had three people in line before and still got us in. Very professional and absolutely puts the customer first. I wish all places had this small town vibe. THANK YOU!!!!!

What an amazing shop and what an amazing crew two families from Western Washington on their way home from liberty Washington to Olympia Washington needed a spare tire because of a blowout ended up finding out needed four new tires on a trailer. Second family had a tread loss and ended up needing for new tires on a Dually with a camper on top. Staff stopped everything they were doing to wait on us, and when other customers came a two man
crew remained on our rigs. They were friendly, educational, speedy, and pleasant said that is what they are there to do. They deserve a raise, or at least a bonus thank you crew for everything you did for us we will forever. Be thankful and grateful.

Lost 2 tires on my boat trailer on a round trip from eastern Washington. The second tire blew at Easton on the way home and I had the trailer towed to this Shell station at the advice of the tow operator.Super friendly people and someone even answered the phone Sunday night at 10 pm and asked if I needed them to come in.Long story short i had them wait till normal business hours and the next morning my boat trailer had a new rim and tire and was ready to go. I appreciated that the person I talked to Sunday night wanted to make sure my spare was also fixed before I left. All done at a reasonable price too. I’d for sure recommend this business.

We broke down on I-90 at the summit and contacted these people through AAA. They came up and saved us on a difficult situation and we went into town and parked and visited them in the morning at opening. They told us that our tires were worn which we had noticed the day before and replaced all six tires on our RV with in an hour. Very nice people that look to you in the eye when they talk to you and very friendly and prompt. I can't recommend them more.
