Seems like nice place. Be prepared tho! The 5x10 unit has a house door that opens INTO the unit, so usable space is much less than 5x10. The owner lives on the premises, it has a gate, razor wire, and the owner has several large dogs, plus security cameras, so it seems like it has decent security.
