“Pulled in for a derate and limited on options in central western Idaho. Rush was short-handed that morning, but a skilled mechanic came out and diagnosed within 15 minutes. 10 amp fuse to the DEF system and a reset the derate we were back on the road. Only lost 12 hours drive time and made it to Boise and on to Indiana without a drama.Thanks Rush!”
“I’ve used these guys 4 times. 3 were returning 15’ truck and car transport that was a one way trip, and once to rent a car transport for a local 5hr use. Donna and the guy we’re nice, the computer was having an issue when picking up the trailer so it took a little longer than it normally does but that’s what patience is for. I’ve always returned my rentals cleaned and on or above the gas level and have never had them attempt to charge me like the other reviews. Maybe they left it dirty, and also on the agreement you have the option to return the truck with the same gas level OR be charged an inflated gas price due to making them go and fill it... so not sure why some reviews seem to not understand the gas level issue is on the renter, not the uhaul people. Maybe some people like to just complain.”
