Service works 25% of the time, can't even stream 15 seconds worth of video from any device. They have overcharged us in the past, going so far as to charge our account 3 times in a single day. They regularly refuse to answer calls, call back, or send someone out to fix our issues. When we warned them that we would be leaving this review if something didn't change, they ignored us then too. This has been going on for almost a year

5 Mb per second is not enough for our family we are constantly fighting over who is downloading and we even use QOS on our NETGEAR router and it still couldn’t keep up. And we cannot afford the 10 Mb premium plan, which even that speed would not be enough for me had to cancel. After that mess I went with CenturyLink and they are so much better. Only paying $30 a month for 100 Mbps. It’s so crazy how you have to come through each Internet service provider and see who’s trying to give an Internet connection rather than who’s trying to get a paycheck.

So our Internet was shut off for a month and already paid for that month, Customer representative was so rude kept threatening to turn our service off and charge us more because we got into an argument and since they have the power they’ll do whatever they feel. Do not use Rodeo go with Sparklight

10 Mb is the fastest you’ll go? This is way too slow for today’s speeds. Going to get cable at least they will offer something better

Was going fine until the first month we were unable to pay our bill. The lady called up and very rudely stated that if we didnt pay our bill in it's entirety that our service would be shut off on such-n-such a date (which I don't remember). We were getting money a few days after the shut of date and said we would pay then. This date comes and goes, we can't pay and realize to no surprise our internet is shut off...no big deal, we will just pay when we can. We end up postponing the bill because we aren't sure if we really want to continue service with them after how rudely we were treated. A few more weeks go by and we get a call from the installation tech, who was actually very personable and accomodating, probably the old good thing at Rodeo. He asks if we are ok because we havent been using our service all month. Well, no duh, it was turned off a month ago and we still havent paid. He tells us that, no, it's been on this entire time. So about another week goes by, we call up to pay and the lady tells us we must pay for this (almost entire) month of internet we didn't even use because...oh... "that was our choice"... this is the same woman who threatened to have it turned off initially during this period. When we mention this whole cancellation stunt she says they have no record of that phone call or ever turning our service off. I checked my call log however, and I do. Anyways, we end up paying for this month of service we never used and this rocky relationship with rodeo continues for a while...much longer than it should've... until today when my husband called to cancel our service. He mentioned the month we paid for but never used because they scammed us into thinking it was off and the same lady says she did cancel it (you know, the time she had no record of?) BUT her associate turned it back on "in good faith" but didn't bother telling us....like what? Why would we even use something we didnt even think we had the ability to use? I think they're pullin some type of scam here. Or maybe they just have very poor communication skills amongst themselves, but it's not nice to try n take more money from the people who already have barely enough. Save your money and go with centry link. With proof of income you could get installation for 25 or less and there's a program (EBB) that will pay 50 dollars of your internet each month for 6 months. This is pretty much your entire bill with centry link. So if you're already scraping by don't waste your time or money on these snooty tooty, greedy little see-you-next-tuesdays! Oh one more thing, when I asked Alicia if i could talk to her manager or supervisor about the month I was charged for but didn't use even a mb of data, she says well if you talk to my manager I can tell you right now I am going to charge you with over $600 in contractually obligated fees because she's in charge of the finance and billing department. I find that as grounds for the better business bureau to investigate

Excellent customer service, and decent service itself considering how easy it is to expect big-city speeds way out here in the middle of nowhere.

Got a 30 year old router and wires and cables that are taped together. Already lost service twice in 4 days. Total scam.

They have excellent customer service . I like that they are locally owned and even where I live and can’t get service , they could get it done. I highly recommend these guys. They have made a lot of great changes this last year.
