I went in to gety phone upgraded and while we waited for the whole process to be done we got to chat with James the sales associate. He was absolutely fantastic and very polite and he made sure my experience was excellent and made me feel at home and welcomed. James is an absolute gem 10/10 employee!

Thier neighbors was having a customer BBQ thing and the manager went out of her way to ruin it for everyone. I will never go to this store. With someone who has zero respect for customer's and can't mind her own business. Discussing.

Absolutely terrible. Not only was the lady always on the phone talking with friends she was not friendly.They also literally stole a phone from me.They are a NO contract phone company. Make sure you read the fine print because that's a LIE. I had my new phone for (paid cash for it therefor I own it) 9 months and they wouldn't let me transfer to T-mobile because I didn't have it for 12 months so they wouldn't unlock my phone. I was already in the process of transferring standing at T mobile when this happened. I lost the phone because I lost my phone number. I talked with multiple Boost managers at the time and there was no care or give at all. Definitely dont care about loyal customers so i took my loyalty elsewhere. Luckily T-mobile was awesome and gave me a free phone to get me started with them. I'll never recommend Boost to anyone ever. Goodluck. Also best reception I've ever had using T mobile for over a year now.

Boost had been down for @ least 2 weeks. I was told since they can't take my payments nor update my credit card, since systems were down, that my service wouldn't be shut off. They shut it off and now I can't get a hold of anyone. Can't log into myboost and can't call and talk to anyone. There are signs on their "sorry we're closed" door from others with the same problem..

Being new to the area, and with the divorce i currently endured. starting over has been a hassle! I needed something of my own, and something that was just in my name just so i could say " I did this" and that amazing girl Jessica, really helped me through all of that! She was quick to answer any of my questions and the most sweetest girl who helped me through all of this. She made me feel that what i wanted was validated. I was really nervous, but being as the customer, she made me feel as if my voice was heard. She asked me all sorts of questions, and pointed out several different options. The deals are there people! even with the holidays being so close, I am so glad i chose boost!Thank you Jessica for all your help! You did an amazing Job!
