We used this company for our insurance repairs from an accident we had sliding off an icy road.DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY VERBALLY TELL YOU! MAKE THEM SIGN AN DETAILED AGREEMENT IN WRITING. MAYBE EVEN HAVE IT NOTARIZED, IF YOU HAVE TO GO TO COURT WHEN THEY TRY THEIR BEST TO RIP YOU OFF.After the insurance company agreed on repairing the obvious damages that could be seen, they said if the repair shop found other issues, that would be taken care of also, after the repair shop sent the list of unseen damages.redline said the same thing. They told us they would check all the vehicle inside and out, making sure everything was in working condition. They told us we just needed touch up paint in certain areas, they would do that. They said they would check things we found ourselves, and told them about, like the washer fluid had a leak it didn't have prior. After picking up our vehicle, our a/c system doesn't work, and some other other things are out of wack.During our talks with redline, they verbally acknowledged, that they would check "EVERYTHING".All the verbal conversations meant nothing at all, except lies. They didn't even touch up the paint in the areas they told us they would.WE WILL NEVER UTILIZE "redline finishing", if we have any repairs for anything ever again.We have unkind names for people like redline - but, we will refrain from using them in this conversation.Our vehicle doesn't even drive the same anymore.
