NAPA Auto Parts is a local shop known for fast service and fair pricing. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are personable and wicked smart, able to solve problems and talk customers through installations. If a part isn't in stock, they can get it relatively quickly. Most of the time they actually have what you need, and they may even lend tools. Their prices are very comparable to other places.

Our local Napa shop isn't as big as the one's in Spokane but the service here is twice as good. If the part isn't in stock they can get it in relatively quickly. Fair pricing and fast service.
