This vet has time and time again help me feel comfortable in very scary times with my dog.
They have helped me save money, always done such quality care, and eased all our anxieties.
I trust this vet to do good work at a fair price and am thankful for all the staff!

So I found out today that dogs can be allergic to bees and my moms dog is extremely allergic if it wasn’t for your clinic We would have lost him so I just want to give a big shout out to them and say Thank you

We had to bring our girl there as an emergency at 1:00 a.m. drove 2 hours to get there. The doctor and assistant were very patient, professional, kind and careing with our girl and me. We were there till almost 4 am. I was happy with how they were gentle with her. She was under such stress. I wish they were closer to our home because I would make them my vet in an instant. Thank you.

Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Felt comfortable with them and the care they gave to my fur baby.

We had to do one of the hardest things for our fur baby and they were absolutely amazing for everything and made a super hard experience a very special one. They made us feel like they loved our baby as much as we do and they only knew her a couple days. That meant a lot ❤️

We are visiting, our son, from Virginia and our French Bulldog got a face full of Juniper. He started throwing up and swelling up. I gave these guys a call and they were fantastic. Told me to give him a Benadryl straight off and then set an appointment for me. Probably no more then an hour later they called back to check on Balfourd and let me know I could come in right away for the vet to see him. I hopped right in the car and brought him over and they took him about a minute after we walked in the door. Benedryl had started working but his breathing was still an issue and his muzzle was still quite swollen. They took care of him beautifully and I cannot thank them enough. Kudos to Rayny, Brianna and Dr Jessie.

Do not bring your treasured pet here. First time: we called with a sick cat on a Friday, desperate for care, they said we are too busy, call again on Monday. If you call at opening, we can squeeze you in. We waited all weekend with sick cat, we called first thing Monday morning, they told us they were understaffed that day and no, they could not see the cat after all. Our cat died in our arms a few hours later. (yes, we did call all area vets on the Friday, no one could see him)
Second time: we took the sibling of the above cat, they said she needed special food. We said ok. the bag of food we purchased from them was $60 dollars!!!! for cat urinary health food 5#bag. This food was so bad, the cat would not touch it!!! urinary food you can buy at Walmart for $5. What a waste of money!!!

Awsome place! They are so kind and were there for our family when no other vets even called us back the next day. They tried to help our sweet dog, Bella, even at 1 am in the morning. Though her wounds were too bad, they were there and tried, they sent a personalised signed card to us after she passed. They show they care. They are now trying to help maintain our old 17ish old cat we inherited from my mom. I definently recommend and suggest this clinic to anyone. Thank you for all you guys and gals do at Chewelah Veterinarian Clinic!

I absolutely cannot say enough about this practice. They are such a wonderful staff with such a range of knowledge. We genuinely feel like our pets are important to each and every provider we’ve seen. I’ve used them for routine and emergency visits and I can’t imagine feeling as safe anywhere else. We recommend CVC to our friends and our family and will continue to do so!

Super disorganized front desk workers are almost always confused and give different price quotes, always up charging from your original quote. They cost a lot more than most vet clinics.

The staff here are fantastic. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience with a vet clinic. Every single Dr we’ve seen has been kind, compassionate, and incredibly helpful and understanding. They take great care of our dogs. Seriously some of the kindest people, even the receptionists. My dogs are comfortable with the staff and love to see them. They’ve answered every question, and every 2 am emergency phone call.

This place has absolutely no compassion for animals ,the desk staff is as rude as can possibly be like your bothering them.they can be an hour behind.but don't you be 14 minutes late because of road sweeper not letting traffic by.
Save your money and a huge headache stay away from them. And don't ask for a manager you cannot speak with one .
