I'm all the way on the other side of the country and there is really no reason for anyone in Chewelah to go out of their way to help me. However when I reached out to Jared at Chewelah Mailbox and asked him for some help in a business transaction I was working on he went out of his way. It is clear to me that these are good people who truly care to help. Please do business here. People like this are hard to find and we need to support them.

I LOVE this place! Andrea is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. I enjoy coming in and having a nice conversation and leaving happier than I came in. I always prefer to go here over USPS. They have better hours, they have fast service and you get to compare all shipping carrier options and choose which one you want. I'm so happy to have this business in our little town.

The staff here are very kind and professional. The facility is clean and orderly. I usually use the Post Office but I needed to send a parcel through Fed Ex and dropped it off here. If I needed a "physical" address to pick up parcels not deliverable to the post office this would be my first choice. I recommend this business.
