We used cheney storage years ago and have never went back. The people that run it are rude and don't have a clue on how to run a storage unit. They also act like they own the whole block and if you stop across the street the man will watch you and record you when your just having ice cream with your family. The women seems okay but the man is creepy.

To be upfront I didn't end up renting a unit from here, only because they didn't have the storage space I was going to need. I can't remember the name of who I spoke to, but he was extremely kind and professional. He went out of his way it feels to make sure I could find someplace to keep my stuff. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and honest as well. Thank you!

The guy was very friendly super helpful and had a special for the college students needing a storage unit for the summer.

Can never answer the phone, owner does not follow through with the things he says he is going to do. Please just pay for someone to answer your phone.

I stored my bass boat here for close to 3 years and can honestly say that this is hands down the best storage facility in Cheney, the owner genuinely cares about his clients and takes great steps to ensure that the facility is secure and clean. If you have storage needs, big or small, this is the place to go!

Excellent customer service. They treat you as a human and not a transaction or just another number. I’ve been with them for a couple years and it’s been very understanding, smooth, and professional relationship. They try to take care of each customer, and they actually mean it. Don’t forget the price was smackin’ low!! I looked around and I think they took it by far for that category.If you guys read this, thank you so much!! You guys made my life like 10x easier as a college student. ??

I moved from a Secure-It self storage to a locally owned organization. I spoke with the owner for at least an hour during the move-in day and found him to be a honest and good man. I'm happy to store my items under his watch and will not be looking elsewhere unless I move out of town.

I only used this storage for a hot second. But the unit was WAY bigger then I thought & the price was the best I found at the time!! The owners are very nice & explained everything very well! If I need a storage in Cheney again I will not hesitate to go here again!!!

Grateful customer for over 15 years. I was comfortable leaving my unit unattended for long periods of time, trusted their ability to manage my property safely and securely. I was pleased with the great communication over the years, even when I was out of state. Staff and management were cordial, reasonable, and fair. I highly recommend Cheney Self Storage to anyone looking to rent a unit, best price you're going to get hands down. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find my belongings in such good condition after all these years, considering the severe winters and summers. Thanks again!
