Good place to store your belongings and the new owner is a great guy and helpful. He cut off my old lock to my storage since I had no idea where my keys went after moving and gave me a new lock and key and was super understanding and compassionate about it.

It's a storage unit. There is a gate. Those are the pros. Now... There are nails sticking out of the walls everywhere. I stabbed my forehead on one picking up a box. Be careful. The gate is manual, meaning, you have to pull up, park, unlock and roll open the gate, get back in your vehicle, pull in, and then do it all over again on your way out. But for $55 a month for a 10x10, what can you really say

This self storage property is probably the best bargain in the state! It is a smaller, Mom & Pop type operation, but it has all the qualities needed to feel safe about your stored belongings. It is protected by locked gates and there are lights in each unit, handy when moving in or out at nighttime.

It's a storage facility... What more do I need to say. I've had stuff stored there for months. Security seems great. As far as I can tell no one has lost anything due to theft.
