This branch has the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a Wells Fargo bank. I have banked at WF for over 25 years & have not experienced this level of incompetence. A transaction that should have taken one visit has now taken 3! And is still not complete. I suggest avoiding this branch and driving to Wenatchee.

When you go into this branch everyone is great. When you attempt to call this branch it is sadly the worse. I have never been able to reach a person at this location via the phone.

Drive up is the only way they’ll help you. And they take FOREVER!!! I don’t have this kind of time or patience.
