The Chelan Walmart is simply the best Walmart around!! Ian, jarret, and Alan deserve a raise. They are very kind and helpful! Best service ever.

I generally like this Walmart and I do appreciate that they have a huge sign out front saying masks are required (per state mandate.) Problem is there were about 20 % of customers in the store either not wearing masks at all or wearing them as chin diapers. They have a young teenage girls at the front but I don't think it's fair to expect her to tell customers they need a mask. They need an older person who can be firm with people who are coming in "No mask, No service. Period"

I love Walmart In general and this Walmart in particular was by far the cleanest most organized Walmart. Also, who can complain about the Mountain View's in chelan?! There is a huge variety of water sports and lots of fishing accessories. From kayaks, life vests, coolers, fishing lures and live worms. They have everything you need for a amazing affordable price.

Went there to get some paint. Had a helper say the person would be back in 20 min. Went back to check and asked around again but they were unable to find the person to help This was the main reason why we went there. And was unable to get help If they would have said no one was able to help us. This would not have been as annoying

Time and time again this store is understaffed and poorly managed. Today at 9:30am there was only one register open with a LONG backup. I tracked down the manager (who was conveniently on break). She says I need to wait a few minutes and she'll see if she can find someone. You go there during slow hours to get in and out quickly and then you end up spending 20-30 minutes to be able to check out. I also can't tell you how many times there were no carts inside - In a WM Supercenter! I have started finding one out in the parking lot before going in just to avoid going back out to hunt one down because no one has collected the outside carts all day. A little management and supervision would go a long way at this store.

I am so grateful for this Walmart in town, it has everything from auto service to groceries to home and garden supplies. The store is well stocked and the employees are always willing to help. It is 24 hours so you can get what you need when you need it. The organic food selection is impressive and the avocodos are the best in Chelan and Manson.

Shopped for an hour Saturday night July 21st until I found out that literally 1 human was working here and a massive line. Saturday night in July and 1 checker. If it's that hard to find employees get a manager on it.

Came in very excited about the prices and selection of products. Found many items that we needed and received great help from a lady restocking products in the aisle we needed. Thanks for helping us find the extension cord (: What was really disappointing was what happened after. My daughter, boyfriend and myself went through the checkout line of Estefania. My boyfriend was getting himself an alcoholic beverage. She asked for both of our id's and I said no. There was no need for me to show mine. She said the store policy is that if anyone in the party looks younger than 40 she needs to check ID. I asked about the policy for my daughter and she declined to answer. The next group in line was a woman and 2 men. I watched her check them out and she didn't check the two men's id's, just the woman, but still sold the beer to the "party". Be more consistent about your policy so that people like myself don't feel discriminated.

It's Wal Mart the cheapest junk products known to man. Does not take YELP to tell you what your getting. It just sucks we have to shop at it because the grocery savings. If I lived where their were other options within an hours drive I would even buy my groceries other places.

10 minutes to collect items to purchase, 20 minutes to check out using self check out because machine jammed giving change and had to wait for the right person to open up machine. Zero respect for customers time.

This was, by FAR, the nicest, cleanest and most organized and well-stocked Wal-Mart I've ever been to (and I've been to a few). As with all Wal-Marts, the prices can't really be beat. But this store has an integrated grocery section and there are fantastic options for produce, including organic foods, and international/cultural foods in the grocery aisles, and great prices on meats. All the store departments are clearly delineated with suspended signage from the ceiling; you can see at a glance where the womens' clothing section is vs. pharmacy, for example, and once in the pharmacy section, each aisle is clearly marked as well. I found what I needed in short time (surprising, for such a huge store). The dressing rooms were roomy and clean and the ladies staffing them were so nice. The check-out lady was quick and our line moved super fast. And she was so nice, too. I thought this was a brand new store, but was surprised when she said it was about 10 years old. She mentioned that the manager runs the place with an iron glove (she didn't say this in so many words, but it was implied) to which I replied that, whatever he's doing, he's doing it right, as this store is fantastic! I'd be here weekly if I lived in the area, for sure.

Like many people , I have a love/hate relationship with most Walmarts, the the Chelan Walmart Customer Service folks just did an incredible thing for me - I'm definitely knocked out with pleasure. Long story short- I desperately needed a copy of a transaction receipt from last week. Sharon in the office, and the management team researched it, found it and faxed it... All during Thanksgiving and Black Friday! And they did it with a "no problem" attitude. I'm in the guest service/hospitality business and recognize great work on at BUSY time. Thanks, Chelan Walmart!

Walmart is essential to Chelan. It is the lift blood of the city. It acts as a home depot, a grocery store, a rite aid, a target, etc. The staff are not always the brightest but besides that it usually has what you need. Wish they carried more organics. UPDATE 3/9/15: This Walmart is starting to carry many more organics. They are listening to what their consumers want. Still room for improvement but they are getting there.
