Love this shop! Big selection of Chelan t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other things, for adults and kids. When I contacted them with a question after our last visit, they responded really helpfully and quickly, too.

The employee there was incredibly rude to our kids that were patiently waiting for their Tsilly stamp. The store smells as awful as that guys attitudes towards my two 7year olds and 4 year old that were with me. Won’t be stepping foot back in there and seeing the other review about how the kids were treated on Halloween I think it’s safe to say don’t enter with your kids. Not worth the negative energy received. Sad to say especially being a small town. Just be good to your neighbor. It isn’t that hard.

Not sure what the service is like but they are currently closed on Wednesdays however the open sign was up in the window...we'll try again ..maybe

If i could use negative stars i would this man is racist and rude just down right unfriendly i've heard him say the N word with the hard R he is a white male plus he NEVER wears a mask nor does he enforce others to in fact he encourages people to remove them

racist owner and staff!!! do not shop here. owner and employee is racist and said the n*word with the hard r at my poc roommate. unacceptable, didn't take accountability and called the cops on customers.

White man at counter said the N word to my friend and then tried to justify it and say it wasn't that bad. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

This establishment used a racial slur when speaking to my friend. He tried to justify saying the N word as a white man and said it's not bad. He then refused to give them a refund. The owner of the store supported her employee and said he had a right to say that word. This is completely racist and unacceptable. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.

One of the store employees Andrew refused to print the word "MILF" on a piece of clothing saying it was inappropriate and then compared it to someone putting the word "N****r" on a shirt. The employee is white and said the n-word with a hard R out loud. He continued to defend himself by saying those words are just as bad as each other. He did not give the customers asking for the product a refund and called them racists. Later, the customers called the owner, Deena Jenkins about the incident, and she supported the employee. She said that his actions were acceptable and he had a right to say that word. The employee was also not wearing a face mask despite the current WA mandate requiring one. I would suggest everyone support other businesses that respect their customers and don't use racial slurs.

Probably the rudest customer service we have ever experienced. We walked by the outdoor sales rack and picked up two items that were marked for $3.00 each. We go inside and browse for approximately 1 minute-probably less than that and are told that he will NOT be doing screen printing because they are closing (which we were not at all trying to order) so we said okay and went to the counter to check out. He was extremely haughty, rude and angry that we came into the OPEN store at all and looked around for less than a minute. He then tried to charge us the wrong amount for both items that were both on the sales rack marked $3 and said that "someone must have put them there by mistake" and acted like we were in the wrong. Again, all while we had been there for a hot minute and were not trying to inconvenience anyone. I have never written a review in my life and have worked customer service all my life and find it all completely unacceptable.

I hate giving low stars for local businesses but the way my 8 year old was treated by the owner on Halloween made me decide to never come here again. If you're going to tell the kids to pick their own candy, then when they take more than one don't be surprised and don't bark "one!" at them and then mean mug them the whole way back out your door. They're kids feeding off each other's excitment and love of candy on a holiday. There's no need to be rude to them.
