There were pros and cons. First for the pros. I would like to say the young people that worked at the front desk area were absolutely delightful. They were always friendly and helpful. Also the location of this resort is absolutely beautiful. Right on the lake with a gorgeous updated pool. The cons. We stayed in two of the condos. The ustairs condo had 2 bedroom, downstairs had one bedroom Where do I start. There were steep uneven rocky steps leading down to the condos from the parking lot--with NOT ONE HANDRAIL. Then, a second set of stairs leading down to the bottom condo. Again, NO HANDRAIL. I am not sure why they are able to stay in business without basic safety measures.Inside the condos were a disaster. There has been zero updates for at least 25-30 years. The carpets were absolutely disgusting. Ancient appliances and cookware. For $300-$400 a night I expect more. The owners have done a bad job providing safety measures and also updates.Like I said, it is a beautiful location but when we checked out, I was thankful I, and the others in my family, didn't have to make a trip to the emergency room because of the lack of safety features and hazards both inside and outside the units.

The cabins are rustic, historical, and updated for comfort. There's a shared laundry room available as well.We love the clean, heated pool a lot! It has a bathroom, shade, and lounge chairs. This area has the most gorgeous views everywhere you look. It's really fun to take a paddle board, kayak, canoe (all provided by Kelly's), etc...out on the lake. All the employees are so kind and happy to help.

If you are a low key person, looking for impeccable service by the owners themselves, a private beach, fresh espresso in the morning, a kiddie pool in the lake for your kids, a private pool, a cozy rustic cabin, then this is the place for you! Kelly’s is amazing with the charm of a wedding venue or winery but the coziness of a family venue. One of my favorite parts of our stay is the little convenience store that has everything you need- including craft local beer and wine. And for cat lovers, Fat Head, the guard cat is a sweet pea.

Picture perfect beautiful little rustic cabin. Very clean & well equipped. We had a dog and you know the place is clean when your pup doesn’t smell other dogs, I was impressed by that.Great view of the lake and sunrise.Quite a ways up the side of the lake from Chelan & no restaurants more than 12-15 miles away. Restaurants in town were great though!Lake chelan is such a beauty!

I did not stay here, but we got gas here for our boat, and this little place is soooo cute and quiet. I highly recommend

A perfect Memorial Day stay for our young family of four and dog. We spent three nights in Cabin 9 and it was exactly what we were hoping to find on our first visit to Lake Chelan. The owners and staff were all wonderful and the facilities are clean, comfortable and convenient (18min to town, but in a peaceful mountainside setting). The main lodge building is adorable with coffee and drinks on the patio. The heated pool was well maintained and a short 5min walk down a wooded path. We hope to return again next spring. Thank you for allowing us to bring to our dog!

Today was my partners birthday and we decided to go on an all day Ubud tour. Starting with a traditional house tour, monkey forrest, rice fields, temples, swings and waterfalls. This was an amazing tour and was made extra special by Suli. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, considerate and timely. We are so thankful for having him as our guide and will definitely request him again. Thank you Suli, you are a real treasure!

Gorgeous getaway! We love staying at Kelly’s. They were remodeling some of the lakefront cabins last time we were there so excited to see what they did. Very friendly staff with water toys/fire pits available! They have fun little hikes across the road & a pool if the Chelan water is too chilly. Bummed that prices increased again with a 5 night minimum so it’s around $1,800 a stay. We come back every year and so appreciate everything they do.

Vic made our trip. He was so personable and we truly enjoyed the rapport we built with him. Not a great place to keep your boat moored overnight with how wild chelan gets. Store is super convenient, cabins adorable and clean, futon in cabin 10 is not sleep-able for an adult, mattress in bedroom could also use an update. Pool is amazing, tucked in the woods and very clean. The dock is a great place to spend the day. Overall a great trip. Thank you!

Our 22nd year of vacationing at Kelly's Resort was perfect, as usual. The resort has kayaks, standup boards, safe swimming area for children, a lovely pool, and hiking trails. The cabins are comfortable and clean, the staff members are relaxed, efficient, and very helpful. The view of Lake Chelan is spectacular. Kelly's Resort is simply the best place for a vacation.

This review is strictly for their fuel service on August 14, 2022 coming back from Stehekin. They had a competitive on-water $6.65/gallon gas price for Lake Chelan (Stehekin was $7.90/gallon!). Helpful young man who tied us up and put fuel in our boat.Big disappointment: you have to be staying at their resort to buy any food or treats. I hope that is a temporary policy, as prior to 2020 one could stop for fuel and buy a snack, cold refreshment, or ice cream bar - like we could way back to the 1960's! No more! Visitors only allowed to buy fuel.

We have gone here for years and I have loved every part of it! The beach is lovely and I love the lake pool, the little store with the fantastic Italian sodas and both the lake front homes and the cabins are perfect for anyone’s stay. The cabins are nice and roomy with a small but good sized kitchen, comfortable beds and I love that their dog friendly! All of the employees are very friendly and helpful and I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a family get away!

My daughter and I were looking for an end of summer get-away last week when I saw an ad for Kelly's Resort on Facebook. We booked 3 nights and had the best time! We loved our one bedroom cabin with its own private deck, complete with a gas bbq. The main check-in area has a beautiful dock (gas is for sale on site for your boats, jet ski's etc). and very nice sitting areas to enjoy the beautiful lake view! They also have stand up paddle boards, row boat, peddle boat, and canoes that you can check out for no additional charge. The swimming pool on-site is beautiful! There are trails on-site to explore as well. They also have a small store stocked with more than the usual items, including beer and wine! The staff is the best and we enjoyed visiting with them! We can't wait to go back!

Maybe we went on an off day? We have been vacationing Chelan for years and recently saw Kelly’s Resort online as a possible place for us to stay. So when we were in town we decided to see it in person and ask questions about renting from them. Our family was treated as if we were not welcome there and were told the state park would be good for us. We are a family of 4 and our 2 children are friendly and respectful. We were honestly interested in staying here in the future but we will stick to private rental homes or condos. (Or maybe the state park where we belong) ??♀️

They accommodated us at the last minute and gave us the owner's original cabin in the nearby woods. Such a lovely place in the evening when viewing the sun-drenched hillsides fade to gold on the far side of the lake. Just as relaxing to enjoy the deck overlook in the early morning. Hope they still have their welcome host--their cat.
