Absolutely amazing experience. Nathan looked at what I wanted my hair to look like, and did it perfectly. He took meticulous effort to make sure my hair looked great, and it turned out better than any other haircut I've ever had. Thank you Deep Water!

Just had my second haircut from Nathan and I can't express enough how awesome this guy is. He is the perfect balance of professional and personable and really makes you feel comfortable and welcome.Never thought I'd care enough to have a "go-to" person for my hair but as long as Nathan is around I won't get cut by anyone else

Deepwater is a wonderful salon owned by an amazing business-woman. Amber and Megan are both great (as are the other stylists, I'm sure). I definitely recommend!

I'm real picky about my hair. So much so it took me 6 months to get a haircut after my last one on vacation in Paris. One day it was just too long and heavy that it wasn't really styling well anymore. I decided to take the recommendation from my yoga instructor and was so impressed! Megan listened to exactly what I said and did her thing. She was careful with brushing my long hair that gets tangled easily. She recommended 2 inches off to make it light, healthy, and easy to style. Gave me tips on my cowlick and was easy to talk to. Finding the right hairstylist is very personal and she was great. The other thing is I was able to get an appointment for the same week. What?! Never happens in Chelan right? I'm so glad I found her cuz my hair looks amazing!

Extremely disappointed. I called Tuesday 12/18/18 today at 8:40AM to inquire for a potential keratin treatment appointment.No response though their website hours say open Tues - Friday opened by 8:30 AM. Left a message, no call back, few hours pass, call again at 11:52. NO lunchtime specified, someone must be in office.Left another response, no call back, currently it is now 2:26 pm on a Weekday in Winter.This is typical small town unprofessional no schedule playtime. They look high end yet can see by now to not waste your time and money despite the deceptive photos.Going back to Seattle, in a city, where things happen. People has places to be and get things done. On top if I pay $200+ USD on average in a city at luxury salons with amenities and free services included, they better well not charge me past 90 US dollars at this establishment. I am indefinitely running this by my friend, a senior reporter at the Seattle Times as well as of the public comments mail sections of Stranger, Weekend Getaway review & Lighthouse Magazine back home.

When we first moved to the chelan area I was nervous about finding a new hair stylist since I have had bad experiences in the past. I heard great things about Amber so decided to give her a try. She is fabulous!! My only complaint is it can take a while to get in to her when first making an appointment because she is so busy (because she's awesome!). Last time I went in, she couldn't get me in soon enough so I went to her new barber Nathan. Again, I was nervous but he was fantastic as well!! My hair is thick and difficult to work with but he spent the time to get it just right. Highly recommend both Amber and Nathan. Thanks Deep Water Salon for awesome service!
