Sorry to see the one bad review of this business, my dealings with the old manager were always pleasant, but for the last six months (Chelan), mini storage has had new management who is extremely personable and responsive.It's great having a climate controlled unit easily accessible throughout the year (great snow removal) and plenty of carts available for easy movement of stored items. Yes, it's more expensive than many of the other local storage places, but overall is a great value based on everything they offer.

Was in between places and needed to store my belongings. Management is very helpful and professional. It was easy to set up the unit and monthly payments. Very friendly and responsive customer service. Highly recommend this storage place and would come back again in the future.

Wonderful service. Management is very helpful and flexible to your needs. Really easy to get a unit and easy to set up monthly payments. I forgot to call after I removed last of my belongings but they were so kind to stop my account from being charged an extra month. Would definitely recommend this place and will come back in the future if needed again. Very professional and friendly environment.

The on-site manager, Mark, was super helpful when we needed a large amount of climate-controlled storage on short notice. He went out of his way to make sure we got all the storage we needed when we needed it, even though the large unit we originally wanted was not going to be available in time. CMS also sold locks and a variety of packing materials that helped make the move successful. Mark and CMS provided responsive and professional service which took a lot hassle out of what would have been a much more stressful move.

These guys are fantastic. Clean, heated, well managed, and no mice. The owner was great. We canceled our storage unit because we were relocating for a year and he didnt charge us another months rent. On top of that he said we would have credit on days when we come back. He will definitely have our business when we move back in a year. Best storage facility in the area by a mile.

Clean storage area. They have a convenient loading area that makes it easy to load or unload stuff. I feel good knowing my belongings are in a secure place
