The absolute saddest place to go. Before the fire incident I loved going to this station. All employees were happy and it showed. Now, you walk in and feel a dark cloud in the place. Manager is amazing and tries to make you feel your business means everything. She is always happy and helpful. The night person, Ruben is extremely rude and this strange person wants to talk about her chickens and swears constantly. My husband, friends, and family will not go back due to who we found out owns the store and runs it. Now we know why the dark feeling. I hope that people research the situation and make the same choice.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. My husband had to urgently use the bathroom (he does take a bit I suppose) but the manager told him to hurry for the people waiting (understandable, hard to rush bathroom time though) then when he was just about finished the same lady proceeded to bang on the door and yell at him to hurry or she was going to call the police on him, right as he was walking out. I've never heard of such rude customer service, he did end up buying something regardless but we will NEVER even think about getting gas or snacks here again.. As a local this is very disheartening to me..

No mask, no business!I pumped my gas, checked my oil, realized I should buy a quart, went in chose my oil, and then looked up at the counter. The cashier was not wearing a mask! (Chelan is on Phase one restrictions!) I will never shop there again, and I hope you don't either. There is no excuse for this. If you want to make a political statement, do it at someone else's risk!
