The shop does good work with the understanding that John Deere as a company does not tell them everything thus making them look bad. I had to get my track to repaired for the same repair more than once because of the parent company John Deere did not update information on my model which made it difficult for Pape machinery to repair my tractor and stalled all things I needed to do with my tractor for months. Amazing customer service from the guys in service.

Someone in your work vehicle going southbound on I5 today 9.6.24 at 415-440pm needs to have his work driving privileges revoked. He/she proceeded to ride literally on my tail for miles even tho I was doing over the speed limit by quite a bit. Tried to pass me and get over when there was zero room to do so and almost had me wreck into the median. I proceeded to flip him off, he deserved that one. That is the most unprofessional driver I've ever encountered in my 23 years of driving. I sincerely hope your company doesn't approve of this behavior and doesn't reflect on he rest of your employees and business. I know if it were MY company I would want to know if my employee was driving erratically, speeding, and driving people off the highway, especially in a company vehicle. Do what you wish with the information.

Good experiences, I see these guys several times a year. Parts desk staff has lots knowledge of everything green from lawn tractors to row crop, these guys can get you the parts you need and get you back in the field. Love having a little extra time given for understanding of parts installations or diagnosing issues. Great that they will send you on the way with some explosion diagrams of mechanical components to help repairs go smoothly.
