Thanks guys! Installed a pricy screen protector on my new phone. Found out their was a dust speck near the center of the phone later on that was actually bugging me quite a bit. Was able to head back and get a new one installed at no additional cost! Appreciate that! :)

I go in for a return and the first guy was super unhelpful, he said I had to drive all the way down to Vancouver to make the return. I drive a good chunk of the way, call the Vancouver store and they said I COULD return it at this store. I drive back and the guy kinda razzes me for the return.
I just wish the guy was a tad more helpful, and just seemed like he didn't want to work and was willingly to make a customer drive 4 hours instead of making a simple phone call.
The second guy who helped with super cool though.

Only because there is no zero stars... went in and upgraded 2 phones one had to be ordered.. got an email phone had been delivered and went in to get phone to rudely be told we had to set up an appointment to get the phone because worker didn't have the credentials to give us our phone.... cancelled and went with another verizon supplier.. very rude employee blaming other associate

Out of towner here. Went in and a fellow named Levi was great help. Knowledgeable, personable but professional and had an answer to every question. Glad I went there and not any of the other Verizons.
