I have lost quite a few packages from this hub, opened and retaped with missing items. there must be alot of theifery from this place I wish they would screen there employees better or update there cameras.

AMAZON Order says pkg was delived yesterday.
Someone's not telling the truth. l left directions for back door delivery. NOT AT MY BACK DOOR OR FRONT DOOR. NO DELIVERY & Driver lied that he delivered it Fri July 5th!

I hate this ups, packages are never delivered on time, there's always an untruthful excuse used why it wasn't delivered, driver will report need security access, although there are no locked gates, or will report weather or some other excuses. I have literally sat at the end of the driveway, and watched the driver go past the driveway turn around and leave and report these lies. I was told this last time around they would hold the package at the customer center, tracking update says the put it on the truck and out for delivery. I have wasted time and fuel to go pickup the package at the customer center and no one's at the customer center to get the package. This is the worst and most incompetent delivery service.
Edited to reply to ups....this problem has been ongoing for over a year. I have already reach out to your support team many times. This issue is now being filed with the better business bureau for compensation that you have cost me

Unfortunately I have to drive 70 miles to use the shipping facility, but I have always been greeted by cheerful, helpful staff

Had an excellent experience here. I made a mistake on a shipping address so I showed up here and with my ID got my package. The people were great too.

The lady behind the counter was very help full and understanding. My grandfather packed some item together that needed to be returned. Rather then sending us out to repack it ourselves. She made sure it was done correctly to ensure the packages were successfully returned.
