Brought my tractor in for repair, was told it would be in the shop in approximately 3 weeks. 6 weeks later I tried calling and emailing with no answer. Drove to the shop and it was not being worked on. I was not in a rush and they said it would be in that week. 3 more weeks and the same thing. I was given a phone number to call, it was not in service. Had to drive there again, told the same stories. I said that if it were not in the shop that week, I would come and pick my tractor up. I went back two weeks later and the tractor hadn't moved. I picked it up and went home. Poor customer service. Never returned calls or emails. I would not recommend them.

My experience with Tytan Ag, has been anything but stellar...... I ordered parts and in that order received parts that I did not order and no invoice, even though requested. A second order for parts was received and were not the correct parts and when asked if I needed a return authorization I was told to just return them and they would be refunded. I returned the parts and they sent them back to me with no refund. A third order for hydraulic hoses was received and was correct but no invoice. I was told that they were the only ones in the country that had the fittings to make the hoses that I needed. That is not true...the fittings are available at most major hydraulic hose shops....they are Komatsu JIC hydraulic fittings. Would I recommend this business...?...no way...not at this time. My suggestion is BUYER BE WARE.....

Owner and staff have been extremely helpful and are very knowledgeable about their products. We have bought several implements from them. They are more than reasonably priced and return our calls promptly. No surprises when you call for quote and go to pick it up. Our go to place for our tractor. Jesse and Sherri W.

We Traded in our smaller tractor to for mark sell for us(and he did), so we could get a little bigger tractor. Mark had one we liked so we did the deal they installed the backhoe attachment we purchased from mark. It took a while for them to get it done but we weren’t in a rush. When all was done we had our backhoe, box scraper, and bucket. No major issues anything that did happen they took care of. Good deal great people!!... Read More
