I was originally quoted about $656 for TWO tires but instead when I came to pick up my truck ALL FOUR were replaced and was charged $1200. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I had to drop off my truck before opening because like most of America I work in the middle of the day during the week so I didn't have a chance to correct this before the tires were mounted. Perhaps I should have pointed this out when I was paying but I made the mistake of getting the original quote on the phone and not having it on paper and the tires where already mounted and on my truck, so at that point what could I have done anyways? I was also planning on replacing the other 2 tires at a later date, so this contributed to my decision not to challenge it. This level of service is not what I came to expect from their Tires Inc. and GCR days and I will not be going back in the future.

Rolled in here with a destroyed inner right rear tire and they put a new one on quickly and cheaply. They did not try to upsell me. Back in the road on a Thursday rush hour night in one hour

Every time I go there no matter if there is 7 people in line or waiting or 0 the customer service that we are receiving is hands down what I am searching for when I go into a business. Always friendly and they always fix all my tire issues. Thx for all your great service from the front counter to guys and gals in the back doing all the work.

For starters, this is not GCR tire anymore!!!! It is called Pomps.The service was fine but the price was absolutely ASTRONOMICAL!!!! OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS to just mount 4 tires already mounted balanced and on rims! Needless to say they have just lost a customer...??
