Owner there or main face of the store absolutely looks at you like he is annoyed you came in. No greeting EVER. No bye or thank you. Don't go there and support people like this. Just rude and horrible customer care. Tried talking and cracking jokes that man attitude is always the same. Nasty. Nasty. Wish i could vote 0 stars. One is too many.

Don’t know who works here Saturday night at 7 Pm but I had called in inquiring if they sold a specific item , whoever answered the phone was a joke of a worker , was rude as hell and hung up on me . Need to get your workers in line .

Coffee is right up in the front. And they sell vapes and kratom too. Plus, they don't force you to wear a ritualistic shame muzzle (mask) to go inside. Perhaps they realize covid is a joke. I dunno. But a good store.

The young guy that drives the grand am, he's always more into conversation than service . He should have been fired along time ago. I would stop going there all together but they're one of only 3 stores in the area that have pall mall non-filters. Today I went in and as per usual he was ignoring the customers to talk to a guy that was in there, and per usual I had to tell him 4 times what smokes I wanted. When I mentioned to another customer the sales person wasnt a multi tasker he threw a space heater from behind the counter. I had to laugh because he was supposedly a grown man and he was acting like a 2 yrs old.

So. Usually pleasant. But be weary of the older gentleman that works there. I made the blunder of mixing up the fuel pump numbers were my car was parked at and attempted to correct my mistake and apologize since it was all on me. Said older gentleman simply responded by being irate and rude. Don't know if he's the manager but either way very unprofessional behavior.

I really like this Texaco, I've found the prices are pretty cheap compared to other gas stations or stores in the area. However I only give it two stars because the older male that works there is absolutely rude. If you plan on buying anything with your debit or credit card it must be 3 dollars and over because they dont make any money if you buy less. You would think that if you wanted to make more money your cashiers would be more friendly and inviting. There's not one time I can think of out of the millions I've been in there that he's been even remotely nice. The younger men that work there on occasion are wonderful. Very friendly and they were what kept me coming in. I've had enough and I will not be coming back to this Texaco if that older man is working. To the owner of this station, if you're worried about not making enough money, I'd suggest losing your rude ass employee.

I just called to ask about the E85 fuel they supposedly carry, since there are only 2 stations in WA that have it. I live in Yelm so its not that far away. When I called, the worker said "I have no idea what kinda fuel we have here, I'm the only one here, I'm busy" and hung up. Very unprofessional and rude.

Every time that I have gone in to this Texaco, since the new owners, I have always been greeted warmly and asked if I needed any help finding anything. This location also has a nice variety of items ranging from food to hats to tobacco products to pipes, bongs. They have everything! Kep up the good work guys.
