It's the only local store where I can find nearly all my office/school/personal tools and materials, usually in stock and at a reasonable price. Over the years, I've had many large posters laminated, and the care given by the laminator has been noteworthy. Personnel are always friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and well-organized, too.

Usually I have no issues with staples. But today all I needed was some copies. Low and behold. An hour wait. But I could do them myself. That's fine no big deal. Except the printers I used were kind of janky. Left streaks on my pages so I switched machines. Again same thing. So I asked the gal that helped me and she's like well I can do them back here it will only take a minute since your having issues. But yet a few minutes ago it was an hour. I didn't feel very welcomed as a client, bare minimum and kind of not rude, but seem annoyed with me and then trying to find anything there, usually I'm fine. but no one was even around to help me. And the guy behind the counter was doing God knows what. Didn't even hardly talk to me when I checked out at the register. Gloves on, mask on, like come on i get your trying to be safe but come on. Not even a greeting walking in. Really super annoyed with staples today. ?

Went in for a chair, and I will not be back. Has corporate just abandoned this location?Leaky roof with buckets just sitting on the floor to catch the water and trip customers, missing/broken/incomplete displays, dusty shelves, disgusting bathroom, unkempt staff sitting on the counters, random garbage cart sitting in an isle. This place needs some help.

5 stars! We had a printer problem at home and had a tight time frame to get information to our contractor. Even though the self printing printer is Self Printing… Shawna walked us through everything to make sure our job was completed and accurate. She gave us serval option on the best way to print up our 92 pages. After she kindly educated us, she had to move on to others seeking help. She is polite, efficient, and a great educator. She left us in the stellar hands of Kaleb who completed our task. Both Kaleb and Shawna were excellent. If I am ever in need of a large print job, Staples will be my go to. Great employees! Thank you
