Pharmacy phone isn't answered. Just circles the phone tree over and over. Any time I call. It just rings until it restarts the queue. Like a Stephen King prose about being stuck in borderlands.

it's pretty ridiculous there are people who depend on meds to live and you will not even answer the phone. here we are almost 5 day later still can't get through to rite aid!!

This is the slowest pharmacy I've had the pleasure of visiting. When a dr. Calles or faxes in your script they won't start it for you till you call or go in and ask them to. The drive up window is sooo slow. Sometimes taking 15 min. Per patient. They are nice there, so I'll give them that. ?
