All Awesome Ford has to do to remove this 1 star rating is stop stealing from me. I bought a new F150 in October. It was a custom order. It was supposed to come with a bed mat, which I paid $200 for. It was not there when I bought the vehicle, I was promised they would get the part and ship it to my local dealer. It's been 2 months now. Awesome Ford, please return what you owe me. I have tried to settle this privately, now its time to go to the court of public opinion.

I scheduled for Dec 5th, 3 recall items, back on Nov. 4th. Two visual inspections, which I myself have already looked at and a check the part date on wiper motor.Now fast forward to now. About 10 days ago I stop by and speak with service advisor on getting tires put on to kill 2 birds with one stone.I drop the vehicle off at 755 am, I have someone pick me up at 920-truck hasn't moved. Service Advisor calls around 12pm and states tires are complete, vehicle should be done by 4 pm. Guess what, 4pm comes and I'm told nothing has been looked at at all.My truck was there 8 hrs on a scheduled appointment from back on Nov 4th and somehow it's my inconvenience that there were 5-6 1030 appointments scheduled today... Service Advisor said it was backed up today from yesterday. Then call the customers and advise them to reschedule.Now I'm stuck with no recalls completed and was not even promised it would be looked at tomorrow.I get it-dealerships are all about Bottomline profit and don't truly want to deal with recall issues.I was planning on brining in another vehicle for tires, but if this is the normal way of business for Awesome Ford-I may just go elsewhere.And again, the dealership is busy-I get it and might not even care about something like this brought to their attention.Yes, I'm frustrated because I spent a full day no vehicle and still didn't get done what needed to be done.What's the purpose of 125,000 mile warranty and rental vehicle when the dealers want to side step a rental with recall work?Awesome Ford not so awesome this time.If you know you are backed up from previous day, then contact the next days customers and be "Honest" with them up front.

The absolute worst place to buy a vehicle or take yours in. The customer service is terrible. They can't find or fix a problem if it hit them in the face. I will never, ever take my vehicle back to them or buy another one from any of their stores. I will not recommend to anyone. Trash.

Went in yesterday because my stereo system in my Ford Fiesta was unresponsive, and I wanted music for my road trip. Went to the Service Department, and Ethan said he could probably get my stereo working. Within two minutes, he had my car blasting with awesome music and noticed that my driver's side door bolt was almost unscrewed!! He asked if he could drive my car to the garage, and he had a mechanic who was already working on a car, come and tighten the screw. I was on the road with tunes and a tightened door, all within about 10 minutes, and it didn't cost me a dime!Thanks, Ethan! You guys rock!

My wife is the one who brought the 2022 Escape in for an oil change. As far as the oil change I'm sure it all went well. My concern is, your technician found a nail in her tire, the service writer told her it was not repairable, and she would need to buy four new tires. Even though the car has just over 26,000 mile. She then called me, and explain the situation to me. I had her take the Escape to Les Schwab, they repaired the tire, said nothing needed to be replaced, and she was on her way. After being a customer at your dealerships for both new car purchases, and service. I was surprised and a little dismayed by the service writer, suggesting such an unnecessary repair. My rating would be zero if it was an option, but since one is the lowest rating possible, consider my rating a one!

Bought a pre owned vehicle from these guys back in august 2022, upon delivery the vehicle reeked of heavy cigarette smoke and was not detailed my daughter found trash and kids toys in the back seat. After driving it for the first time immediately realized it was in desperate need of an alignment and the steering was extremely stiff. Trip 1 to the shop they did an ozone and detail and the power steering pump but they forgot the alignment. Trip 2 for alignment. Couple weeks later while driving with my kids in the vehicle with me turning onto the highway the rack and pinion snapped and we could barely get the vehicle to turn. Trip 3 now in early October, back in shop for rack and pinion replacement. Get it back 10 days or so later and it's driving ok for a few more weeks. Early December new power steering pump starts making a horrible noise back to shop trip 4. Supposedly they replace it after having it again another 12 days. I get vehicle back and the very next morning I start it up and the pump is making the same noise and steering is getting stiff again. Headed back to shop again today January 5, 2023. When spoke to sales management and finance they won't do anything to get us out of this lemon of a vehicle. Good to know this is how they treat disabled veterans and their families! Will never buy a car from them again!

My car was broken they helped me to get all the parts and to get it done in a timely manner so that I could get rolling again all the people I worked with were great understanding knowledgeable people would recommend anybody to work with these fine people

I went to Awesome Ford because I wanted to order a new truck. I should have walked back out because no one said as much as hello when I came in. I was talked into a truck that they had on the lot and ended up trading. I had misgivings about how happy I would be from the beginning because I had a diesel F350 and they were trying to sell me a gas F150. I expressed my concerns several times and finally Brian, in finance, who was handling the paperwork, told us that if we didn't like the truck after taking it home for a few days they would work with us on a return. He mentioned a grace period of five days. Me and my lady both heard him say this and felt a little better about the situation so we moved forward. That was on a Wednesday. We tried reaching out on Friday but Brian wasn't in. The gentleman we spoke to was unable to help so we called Brian on the following Sunday. We decided this was not what we wanted and felt that we had been talked out of our original plan of ordering a new truck and wanted to go back to that plan. Brian told me at this point the process is irreversible. When I repeated this conversation to my lady, she called Brian as well. He immediately became very defensive and rude to her. He basically called her a liar when she reminded him that he had told us he would work with us if this happened. She was attempting to come to some kind of reasonable understanding but he became very unprofessional and it was obvious that he was not interested in communicating sensibly. They had made their sale and that is what was important to Brian. They hurried to finalize the funding instead of waiting, as they implied they would, and then were completely done with us once they had their money.

I live in Kelso, but I drive all the way up to Awesome Ford, instigated my local dealership, because I like the way I'm treated there much better. I don't feel pressured, I like the way they they listen and understand my questions and I don't feel like I'm being fed a bunch of noise. They are very good about keeping in touch without pressure. They DONT do non-refundable deposits like Bud Clary in Longview does. Also it's really nice that they part of 5 dealerships, so there is a vast selection to choose from. Awesome Ford is my go to spot moving forward.

The car market is brutal in 2022! I placed an order for a Mach-e back in June of 2021. I chose to order from a dealer with lower sales tax rate then my home town, which is how I ended up ordering from Awesome Ford. The sales tax was 1.5 percent less then Bellevue. I knew it would be a wait and it truly was, 10 months to be exact. No fault of the dealer, just manufacturing and delays from Ford. In that 10 months, the car market continued to skyrocket but Awesome Ford maintained everything they had promised from my initial purchase. The price (matched to my 2021 purchase price), all rebates and credits, everything was exactly as promised when I went to p/u the car. I had heard horror stories of other dealers and was apprehensive, but they were great! Shout out to Ryan and Paige who were with me from the beginning and always super responsive to text. Extreme follow through!! These people were on top of it. Jeremy, Eddie and everyone else at pickup were spectacular. I really enjoyed every person I met during the process of picking up my new car. I would order another car from this dealership in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Car sales people are the worst. They lie to you, they put down your trade in, and all they care about is getting you to go in to the dealership to buy a car, they’ll say anything to make that happen! But you know who’s even worse than the sales people? Finance managers! They try to get you into a higher interest rate, talk about how miraculous it is that they could do what they did with your credit, and wait till the last second to disclose all the pertinent information that

Awesome Ford should change their name because they are literally everything but awesome. Its been a long road with our experience and I can absolutely say without a shadow of a doubt that this is the worst place to buy a car or do business with. I cant even put into words the amount of heartache, grief, disappointment and the lack of human decency this place has enstowed upon us. My only hope is that someone see's this and decides not to do business with them because they truly are the most disturbing and crooked place I've ever encountered in all my life. For every one out there please be aware and cautious of this place they call a "buisness".

We bought a 2018 Ford Edge yesterday and the process was so smooth and easy. We worked with Kyle and Brian and they were wonderful! Not only did they make the process easy, but they were just so nice and personable. We are very happy with our vehicle and will definitely visit Awesome Ford, when we have vehicle needs in the future.

I wouldn't recommend Awsome Ford to anyone, I had gotten a Ford f150 from them end of February and the actuator door under the dash was out and was told by Chris that it was an older truck and they make nosies, well fast forward a week and the truck starts to j*** forward when going from a stopping position. they fixed the actuator door but now my passenger side has absolutely no heat. and now they have been rude cause I am tired of all the run around I get. my back end had gears grinding and what not I asked if they can take the truck back cause I have nothing but issues and was told that I would need a down deposit for a different vehicle. I am very upset. and would never would recommend to anyone nor will I ever get another vehicle from them
