This was an awesome medical place until Valley View took over. I have been waiting over a month for a prescription request to be dealt with. Getting an appointment is no easy task anymore. Dr. Thomas Cooke is wonderful! However, Valley View sucks!

Dr. Cooke is amazing. He studied my medical records prior to my appointment. Took my pregnant wife in same day when she had a nasty cough. He is extremely thorough and cares about his patients. I look forward to being under his care for the years to come.

The ladies at the front desk are rude. Called for three days, no one answers the phone or when they do they put me hold and never picked back up so I went in. Treated me like a new patient when I’ve been going there since 2015. Just because they are now Vally view. Would not recommend. Nurse and doctors have always been nice but there receptionist are the first and last thing the customers see and it’s not worth dealing with them.

Been going there for 10 years. The last few years they have had several changes with there receptionist. The lady who sits on the left side who schedules appointments for Doctor Mcelhaney is rude. She needs to be let go. Her customer service is horrible. Also rude on the phone if you can even get through. Will not be going back because of her. Doctor Mcelhaney is very professional and does an excellent job and so does his nurse, Jessica. However, what the customer see first and last is the receptionist and it's not worth dealing with her. Two years ago she didn't work there and the environment was much better. Took my health and business else where and that is what I recommend.

Follow up calls as far as referrals is awful you have to really stay on them. It is the only bad experience iv had with them. I doubt they real ize my time is important also

My husband and I had a Covid test there, that went fine. But, even though our separate insurances cover us completely for the test, this facility keeps sending us a bill saying the insurances rejected it. I even got my husband’s insurance firm to write to them with a walkthrough on how to submit the bill for reimbursement. And yet we just received the bill AGAIN!! Obviously the billing department at Mary’s Corner Medical Clinic has some major problems.

I called to make an appointment for anxiety so I can try keep calm with everything going on in my life. Was told I would have a doctor get ahold of me the next day. I called 4 business days later asking about my appointment with the secretary saying that the note to call me was still on his desk and should be calling anytime. Well its been a week later and still no call. Glad this is not life threatening.
