What a great experience buying furniture here! The sales people are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about inventory and comfort. We bought a sofa and two matching chairs. We had an issue with the chairs being too big and asked to exchange them for the love seat instead. Tera the manager was very understanding and graciously let us do so. We were even given a 15% discount for paying in cash rather than financing. I'd recommend JR Furniture to anyone looking to purchase new furniture and their warehouse in Centralia is huge with a great selection!

I was very unhappy with my recliner that was sent because it did not have what I asked for. I wanted message and lift but received none of these. I can do without the message by using my own but the lift was important to me. I called on Thursday when it was delivered but she was too busy with other customers to talk with me. Told her to go do what ever she needed to do but gave a manager call me ASAP. Heard nothing. On Friday I called again and was told again by some women that the manager was too busy and would call me back. This is Monday now and have heard nothing from anyone. Anytime I have gone into a furniture warehouse they are just sitting around. Just pick up the phone and stop hiding behind your computer and other workers. Want to hear from someone in UPPER management ASAP.

We bought a 2 seat recliner a year and a half ago and paid for a 5 year warranty. One recliner no longer reclines and the other one, something underneath broke and it now leans away from the other. We have called several times in the last 2 months and told, “someone will get back to you in 10 business days” nobody has ever called us back and when my husband called again this past week, he was told they could find no record of us. He then asked to talk to a manager and then was told they found us and were “working on it” it’s ridiculous the runaround we have been getting while meanwhile having to have broken furniture to sit on.

We bought a sectional seven years ago and just bought another living room set a couple of weeks ago. The sales people were amazing and gave us a great deal on quality furniture that we really enjoy. We never felt pressured and always had our questions answered to our satisfaction. Highly recommend.

This is not rating the furniture as it’s all the same furniture you can get anywhere else. This is rating the establishment themselves. We picked out a huge sectional close to 4k and it was at another store with a lower price and the reluctantly matched the price. The next day it was delivered as it was in stock at that location but it wouldn’t fit into any of our doorways or windows. We and the delivery guys could not get it in the house at all. So I had them take it right back to the store 4 miles away from us back where it originated. We were the last delivery of the day. I call the store and explain the situation and they said it would be a $600 restocking fee if I returned the couch. How can they charge $600 when it’s literally already back at their warehouse and would take 5 minutes to put it back. So they brought it back to me and dropped it off in our garage and after removing some doors and taking apart a door frame me and my wife got it inside.

At this moment I am just mad at Jr's and Ashley furniture. I bought my furniture on December 8th was told could get at end of December, now it's pushed to middle of February. I have no furniture In my home. This is just crazy.As of February 2 still no furniture .
