Recently moved near the area and figured I’d try this place out. Everything was fine until we got into a room. The vet comes in, barely even introduced herself, look at my dog for a second, looked in her ear and didn’t even really ask questions about what was going on and definitely didn’t examine my dog. If I’m paying $60+ for an examine fee, I’d expect them to actually examine my dog? Not just look at her and somehow come up with some sort of medication. Told the vet tech I was upset with that situation and all they really said was “okay”. Had 3 different techs coming and going. Two were very nice and loved on my girl and I appreciate that.
The front desk people were nice as well, even with a little printer mishap, was still very nice.
But unfortunately if they won’t actually touch my dog and examine her, I won’t be coming back. A waste of money in my opinion.

Took my cat here to get his vaccinations they ended up, giving him his vaccinations towards his rear end, causing a cyst on one side of his lag. Was charged $75 just for an examination and all they did was weigh him nothing else.

Took my cat in for vaccines and rabies shot. Got my cat back and there's a pretty big bump where they gave him a shot and hasn't gone down wouldn't recommend this vet.
They also kept canceling. Poor appointment managing ???

Nelly our 10 yr. old girl,(Airdale front, German wire hair back end) feels really special when she walks through the doors. I know when she is going through her procedure there, she is in good hands. Nelly knows most of the staff, but is happy to get to know the newbies.

We moved during the CoVID shutdown about 90 miles to our new retirement location. Establishing a relationship with a new vet was difficult to say the least. However, Jackson Hwy Veterinary Clinic was one of the first to start accepting new patients and we are glad that our pet is now getting medical care here. Very personable. Very thorough. We are very happy as they are helping us to give our pet the life she deserves.

I am a client of Jackson Hwy. This is the 2nd time I have called to ask for my cat to be seen. In both instances, I was placed on hold for what I assume is the receptionist speaking with Vet on duty. During the conversation, I explained my concern and the age and symptoms of my cat. This time, the receptionist came back with a response of "we don't euthanize cats we have never seen." What?! Never did I say or elude to euthanisia! I interrupted the receptionist and advised, and she said, "ok, we can see on 8/27."
Why can't there be "i am sorry to hear", "we really care about your cat," but we are just too busy. Please actively listen to your clients. Instead of this game of pretending to care. Stop wasting our time. It's just gross.

We take both our cats here for regular exams and shots. They treat both with special care. Prices are very reasonable.

We moved here from Olympia and found them and they got us in fast and were very good with my dog. Nothing was wrong with her I just wanted to get her in to have a veterinarian to care for her when we need.

Loved how they treated our friends' pets, and they also came back to tell us an emergency came in. They offered us water while we waited and we're very thorough in checking the cats out. Great vet and technicians here!

Don't go here at all. People are not professional and will risk your animals health . I helped catch a stray kitten at my grandpa's place , unfortunately I can't be the one to take care of her because I do not live in the area . My grandpa doesn't even want the responsibility. He's really dumb sometimes and knows nothing about cats . I urged him to get the shot , not use some liquid that doesn't kill the eggs . The vets here told him to use liquid and not give her any shots . She's at an age when she can have de worming shots and they recommend my grandpa to give her some cheap stuff that doesn't effectively kill the eggs . She is infested with worms and because of these people I have to be worried about that kittens health .

I love Jackson HWY! Dr. Amanda is incredible every time I bring my pet in. The staff is so friendly and eager to help every time i have a question or concern.
