I recently had an experience with I5 Dodge that truly exceeded my expectations. Initially, I encountered some issues with communication, which left me feeling a bit frustrated. However, these concerns were quickly and effectively addressed by Ashleigh Fournier, the General Manager. She reached out to me directly and made sure that all my issues were resolved, which I greatly appreciated.
This is not the first vehicle I have purchased from this auto group, and it certainly won’t be the last. Ashleigh’s personal attention and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stand out, no joke. I was particularly impressed with her focus on being genuine and prioritizing my needs, rather than just closing the car deal. It made the entire process feel more personable and trustworthy.
Overall, I5 Dodge has once again proven why I keep coming back. Their commitment to real, honest customer service is commendable, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I was traveling with our travel trailer from Eastern Washington when the air suspension broke on our Ram pickup. This was on the night of July 3rd and we were unable to continue our trip to the ocean. We spent the night arranging to have our trailer towed home and on google to try and learn if it was safe to drive the pickup home to our local dealer or leave it with the closest dealer in this area. After things opened up in the morning I called I-5 CJDRF, not expecting anyone to answer on a holiday, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got an answer and was connected with Martin Crabtree in the service dept. After explaining our situation to him he told me if I could get there at about 10 to 10:30 he'd have someone check it out! When I arrived I was treated very courteously and kindly. After a short wait it was taken in and diagnosed with a ruptured air spring which they didn't have in stock but said it was drivable but rough riding. Although they were unable to repair it they gave me the answer I needed to drive it home.
Thanks Martin and everyone that helped me out on a Holiday and got me on my way home!

They don't call them a stealership for nothing. FYI you lose a key they charge you $400 plus dollars for a new one. They're literally 400 to 700 percent over marker value.

Was told that it would be 1 hour for an oil change and fuel filter change. 3 hours later, the work was completed. Very frustrating because I live 1.5 hours from my home. Drive time plus work time = 6 hours for an oil change. Personnel at desk are friendly.

Kyle was an absolute pleasure to work with!!! The biggest part for me was that even though i will be making the monthly payment. The car is for my wife. If he had questions, he directed them to her. That was the deal for me. I would recommend to anyone!!!

Got a car from them got all the warranties and took my car to get oil changes from them everything was great until I took my car in to get an oil change and drove it home a few days later my car started nocking checked the oil and it was completely empty took it back and they would not take responsibility and had me use my powertrain warranty over all very disappointed

Big shout out to Martin Crabtree at I-5 Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Fiat! This guy will take care of you. Just be patient and allow these guys to take care of the rest.
We are from out of state and had problems with our Wagoneer. Martin definitely helped us out and we were able to get back on the road. Excellent service and highly recommended! Thank you, Martin, and the whole team at I-5!
