I just want to give the up most appropriation for DALE GARCIA at I5 cars in chehalis! With his hard work and dedication he was able to get me and my husband both new cars even working with not such great credit. UPDATE: I actually did get a call back from Justin, the service manager. They did apologize and they are making changes. The accountability is very appreciated and means a lot to me. I hope to remain a Toyota loyalist.I've had spotty service from them over the last few years. One writer denied me a quote for new tires only to be told I needed tires the next time my vehicle service. Make sure to confirm with you any special requests like synthetic oil over conventional. if you decline a service, which you have every right to do, make sure they acknowledge your request so you are not taken advantage of. Don't expect anything being thrown in at a discount unless it's their current promotion. Maybe this will change like they are working on. We will see.

Beware, they ripped me off and endangered my life. I trusted them, they sold me a car that stopped running while I was going down the hwy. They prove their unprofessionalism by deleting the neg comments on Facebook and blocking people so they can hide the truth.

Go check this place out! We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from here. We had the pleasure of working with Dean. Great guy! Awesome attitude super knowledgeable and professional. Great selection of everything! good communication and the staff is outgoing and helpful! I will definitely be a return customer! Toyota I5 was able to help me buy a car despite all the car parts shortage and I was also in South Carolina. They have a partnership with Costco and Lyle Talbot, my salesman, has been very helpful and ensured that everything was in place when I got to the dealership.I started the process of looking for a car when I moved to Washington at around April, and actually got the car around June. They even put hold on the car for me despite how in demand corolla hybrids are around that time. When I got to the dealership, the car was ready and the paperwork and it just took me close to an hour to finalize everything. The best thing of all is that I was able to get it at MSRP and without any dealer markups. Lyle has also been very patient dealing with my parents and made sure that when I got to the finance room, I was alone and he was able to keep my parents entertained and answered their questions patiently.Can't recommend this dealership more than enough!

After getting on the road at 6 am with a packed car and trailer, snow flurries and wind blowing across I-5, and an 18-hour car ride ahead of us an alert on our dashboard beeped, and a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark appeared. Luckily we were a few miles away from the I-5 Toyota in Chehalis, which opened for service at 7:30 AM. Tella helped us identify what the issue was, had a crew of fellas help us unhook our trailer, got us in for a speedy oil change, helped reconnect the trailer, and got us back on the road in less than an hour! On top of that she was kind, helpful, and understanding of our situation. We would go back to I-5 Toyota anytime, and want to thank everyone there, especially Tella, for making our trip a safe and easier one than it could have been!

I want to thank Steve Hubbard for helping me find and get into a very nice automobile at very easy convenient terms when nobody else would. Steve is quite remarkable and definitely a people’s person and treats people very respectfully and explains in detail in a way that an ordinary person can understand. He encourages questions and even suggests that if there’s anything at all that you don’t understand? please ask me. He is both professional and courteous as well as everyone in this remarkable place of business. Everyone is friendly and smiling and you can tell immediately they work as team and all work well together, more like a family than a place of business. I’ve dealt with a lot of business with my tenure as a Washington State Compliance Officer with Labor & Industries.Most the time we do not give Kudos to anyone or any business. Usually when a business sees me walking in the door is almost always bad news for the business and/or upper management. Not so with this place of business. So in this my hat does go off to Steve Hubbard and in fact all of the other employees here. Upper management has certainly established a great team here and you can tell the training this dealership has has is second to none. I encourage anymore looking for a used or new auto of any kind come to Chehalis and meet this staff yourself. There’s no doubt in my mind that if you come here for your auto needs you will certainly and swiftly see the difference and you will never go anywhere else. I will guarantee this and give you my word on it. They really do care. Called about getting a key fob. Left a message with the parts department. Called Parts back in two days, and left another message. Never heard back after a month. Ordered online and got a locksmith to program the fob--works great. I understand that businesses are short-staffed these days, so adding a star.

I ordered a tundra back in May and I was to go on a trip to north Carolina I text the sales man Evan replied it would take two weeks left two days later manager James calls and say your truck is in come and sign I advised him I am in north Carolina right off the bat said I don't care we can't keep it on the lot or we going to sell it he was so rude I gave him all the info ran my credit made me pay oregon sales tax and still saying he want to sell it to other person I told him will come on 7thband sign we agreed to a rate of 2.9 he changed it when I got there told then please have everything ready for me to sign as a drove from Portland took 3hrs to do paperwork took a long time for them to do paperwork whole time james keep you take or we can sell it

If I could give 0 stars I would. I leased a car and had a great experience throughout my lease, once it was over I purchased a car and started having problems day 1 of owning it. Bought the car June 6 and am still working with their service department to fix the multiple issues that started popping up after the contract was signed. Between them telling me they couldn’t fix certain parts to then having them put a short term bandaid on those problems and telling me they fixed it, I wish I could just go back and return the car or better yet I wish I had never dealt with this dealership in the first place. On top of spending the entirety of my ownership of this vehicle trying to fix all of its problems I’ve had to deal with rude customer service reps treating me like I’m the problem for constantly having to reach out to them for some form of communication. It’s been over 2 months since I purchased the car and all I want is a faulty sensor light fixed. Why is it such a hassle.

We would not recommend getting a warranty for tires bought at Toyota. We spent a large amount of money for good tires plus the warranty for two years. We needed to get a new tire due to hitting a ladder on the freeway from it not being tied down. It immediately slashed the tires, thank goodness for the warranty right? Wrong, we were told yes it is covered and when it came time to put the tire on they told us sorry it's not covered due to it being road debris. thanks for everything Toyota... Everyone make sure you know what the warranty is good for, read it just don't take their word for it.

Wow! I can't say enough nice things about my experience with I-5 Toyota. They were an awesome dealership to work with. Nathan and Evan were great to work with from beginning to end. They were both extremely helpful, and always open and honest about the process. Purchasing the vehicle was straight forward because there were never any hidden fees. They delivered exactly what was expected. I am very happy with my experience in working with this dealership and I highly recommend them to others!
