Do not buy your jewelry here, or get sucked into their fraudulent warranty. Terrible quality, diamonds fell out less than a week after purchase. Their warranty system is joke, still had to pay for the replacement diamonds when it was supposed to have a lifetime warranty. Go anywhere but here!!!!

Aside from all the other poor customer service things I have encountered. Do not take your jewelry to get fixed at Harry Ritchies. Had my ring welded, the spring fixed in it and resized. It was the wrong size and everything fell apart in a year. Had to spend another $400 to get it fixed and properly sized from a local jeweler. Have had no response from Harry Ritchies on lack of customer service and the lack of professional job that they did on my ring. I strongly suggest not going to any Harry Ritchies.

Lovely, but there are some things I wish they did differently. I wish they had asked more questions about the correct fit for my ring, I ended up getting one a little too small. They wouldn't accept I knew my ring size and kept saying I was a smaller size. Now I have an expensive ring that slightly makes an imprint on my finger and is uncomfortable. I also didn't like how much they pushed white gold, I didn't want it. I'm upset that the ring I have isn't a perfect fit. I had never bought a ring before, so how was I to know how it should fit? Now I either have to pay to get it the size I wanted in the first place or exercise more to have it fit. To the gym it is then!

A little over 2 yrs ago, I took my rings in to be resized and have the anniversary ring soldered to my engagement ring. They came back totally ruined. They blended the wedding ring and engagement bands together to make one solid ring instead of two bands. So heart broken!

This company sells engagement ring bands that don’t last 9 months the won’t stand behind the product and they won’t credit you towards a better quality band. They claim it’s normal but the wedding band has held up fine.

Called and inquired about children's jewelry. Kelsey was very helpful over the phone. I couldn't go in because I had my fussy toddlers and was getting ready to leave town. She told me not a problem and was able to bring me the earrings I wanted to my car. She was very informative and went above and beyond to help me. I look forward to shopping there again!
