Carmon was a joy to work with. She answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable! One of the most helpful things she did was move furniture for me so I could try out different reclining pieces. I'm currently in a wheelchair due to an injury. We found a recliner that was perfect, so we bought two of them!We are planning to return later this year for a full set living room furniture!

The service is bad. The warehouse manager talks about the owners doing coke at the casinos all the time. You could order a new item and still end up with a floor model. Delivery guys are likely to damage your items. Imo this place isn't worth it.

This place sucks they treat people like garbage and most of the products are damaged when they finally arrive months after you order. also found out they fire employees for taking scheduled breaks that come out of there paycheck anyways. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

All the ladies here are awesome. We just bought living room and bedroom furniture. They took the time to look stuff up and said they can hold our furniture until we get the keys to our new place. From now on this is the only furniture place we will be going to and we highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you again ladies.

Very slow at responding! Waited 20 min to be helped. The lady at the desk was more interested in talking on the phone to her friend. Tara and Alex just gave us the run around for weeks! The new management is even worse! Bought items here in the past but since the poor customer service we have found a more customer friendly furniture business to do business with for our purchases!

Purchased a faulty couch November '22 and still can't get this people to fix the issue (May 28 '23). Definitely don't recommend doing business here.

Purchased a couch 11/21/22 and have nothing but problems getting this company to fix the issue. Ring around the Rosie- I will never purchase from this store/company again.

Shariti is the most amazing employee who went above and beyond with customer service, and I hope I got her name right. She helped refund my online order even though online orders are separate to store orders she still helped me, and when my original online order never arrived for my kids' bunk beds she helped me find one in store to match my kids' needs. She is a helpful wonderful person and I'd be happy to buy furniture from her again.

Older store with 3 levels and no elevator. Fair prices on foreign furniture. Store really needs paint and carpet.
