When I approached the counter the lady seemed bothered that she had to stop her conversation to help me. I was misinformed by fedex themselves that this facility prints labels. Horrible experience. Will not be using this drop office.

This is a notary for 10 bucks. I was helped quickly and taken off to the side where there was hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies so I figured they keep it sanitary. Three employees so no waiting around for someone to help.

Rude staff, would not ship unless you have a FedEx label which is not specified when looking to ship. Very inconvenient and not useful for trying to ship straight from the store.
