Our family has been going to Ernie's for years, they do quality work at a fair price. They are quick at what they do and give fair recommendations for repairs or services that need done. Highly recommend Ernie's Rabid Lube.

What I liked most about this place is that there is real communication about everything with the customer. The customer is not surprised by the bill after services are completed. Additionally, the oil change was 10 minutes and no wait, which was excellent.
Reservoirs were checked and the information was communicated to me. Any questions I had were answered immediately. Again, the communication was there and that means so much to me. As the customer, I want to know what is going on. I also had my cabin air filter and engine air filter checked. One of the gentlemen showed me how to install the cabin air filter.
I will absolutely be back. Highly recommend Ernie's for oil changes. Thank you for reading.

I’ve lived in Lewis County for the past 8 years and have made good relationships with many folks, but homophobia still is very prevalent around this area. I’ve been to this establishment a couple times to get an oil change for my Audi since most places can’t do Audi vehicles. Today I went in and received poor service by all employees. Employees mentioned that owner was not present, tis the poor treatment. I will not be doing business with this establishment until owner can properly provide training and education on the importance of diversities to their staff. If you are part of my community, I would not recommend taking your business here. I took my business to I-5 Toyota and received excellent care. I truly believe that small businesses like Ernies need proper training on culture diversities to be able to compete with big corporations. Date of incident: 6.28.2024 at around 11:20am.

My dad worked here when I was a kid and this is where I had my first car serviced when I was 16. I haven’t been back in a long time so I thought I’d spin through and check it out. It’s exactly as I remember it, a good oil change at a great price . It’s nice to see some things haven’t changed.

My first experience with them. Pulled up and they immediately guided me over the pit. Washed windows, checked tires, lights, all the while under the car and above the car changing oil and filter. They even checked why my check engine light was on. Informing me about a secondary air intake leak. They checked the air filter and fixed my check engine light. It never did come back on. Also they were $15.00 cheaper than Jiffy Lube. Even though Jiffy Lube gave seniors 10% discount, Ernies was still cheaper. I highly recommend Ernies Rapid Lube. Far superior than Jiffy Lube where I always went before! Good job guys! ?

My daughter got a oil change today. Is oil supposed to be dark after getting a fresh oil change? and she paid 130.00 @ a place. I just got mine done for a cheaper price and it was clear.I always check.I hope you guys charge cheaper. Honestly I think my daughter needs to get a refund or them to do it right properly. My dad always taught me to look at your oil after somebody has changed it immediately to make sure it's clear and done. I'm not going to say what place did this to my daughter's car that's not right.
