Having worked with Kirk on several projects professionally, I reached out to have a unit delivered for use at home. Your team got us a pristine unit, absolutely perfect for our needs.
I warned your dispatcher that it was a difficult driveway and location to deliver to; backing in off a 2-lane minor arterial, around a utility pole, blocking traffic.
Then the driver would need to back straight along the property line about a hundred feet through a narrow path along the garage.
Georg nailed it! His mirrors barely cleared, but he put it exactly where we needed it. He grabbed a few blocks to level it up...couldn't have been done better! What an awesome person! Shared some great conversation and the job was done.

Purchased a camo 20’ container on 9/26/23. Was supposed to be delivered on 10/27/23 with shelf brackets welded inside and with doors facing cab of truck.
Delivery delayed to 10/28/23.
Driver shows up with container, and begins by asking me what I paid for the container, and that I likely didn’t pay enough for it, and was probably getting scammed. My neighbor was also on site and heard entire conversation.
Wants to see my receipt for container. Opens container doors and we see there are no shelf brackets at all inside. I paid $690 for all brackets to be welded inside.
Now driver refuses to drop the container at all, and no one is at a phone in the office to contact.
Meanwhile, I’ve waited over a month for this box to be delivered so I can get things situated on my land for my dying brother in Alaska to come stay with me, where he wants to be.
I was told I had to wait so long for delivery because of the shelf brackets being welded in. The brackets that weren’t even in it upon attempted delivery.
My delivery was postponed to Saturday because there wasn’t a rollback truck available the previous day. Thats what I was told anyway by the sales rep Ray.
The delivery driver told me also that he had never heard of a sales rep with that name at Chehalis Dry Boxx. Basically, fueling the fire even more, and upsetting me even more.
I am absolutely NOT happy with the service I have received from this company, and I’m still waiting for my camo container to be delivered correctly.
I let the sales rep know twice that the doors needed to be at the cab of the delivery truck, not the rear, yet it arrived all wrong and the driver refused to leave it.
I am extremely unhappy at this point.
UPDATE:
The first driver “Mel” was the one who made the first attempted delivery an absolute nightmare.
Dennis, the second delivery driver did an amazing job! He placed the container right where I had asked for it to go on the first attempted delivery, and he didn’t have a single issue during the delivery either.
Ray was great to work with on the purchase, and any mistakes Ray made he owned and we moved on from them quickly.
I would purchase a container from Ray again for certain, but I would have Dennis on the delivery! ?
Removed my 1 star rating and gave a final 5 stars due to Ray the salesman and Dennis the second delivery driver doing such an awesome job! Thank you!!

We went in on a Saturday and shopped the inventory, which is massive. We bought one from one of their other yards. They gave us a great deal on a one trip high cube container. They held it an extra week for us so we could make room. When it was delivered it was better than the pics he showed us. The driver placed it perfectly next to the fence and we really appreciate all the great people

Arnold was awesome. Very helpful in placing the container exactly where we wanted it. He also showed up on time and made sure he gave us a courtesy call prior.

Sedrick was great. He was friendly and professional and did a great job dropping off the box. Shane was very friendly and helpful when it came to setting up the rental. I'd definitely use them again.

Mel and Joshua W. are awesome. Mel literally was able to set the container exactly where we wanted it. He was very professional and offered his advice based on his experience of moving these containers. He also was very informative on the leveling and upkeep of the container. He is the best. Joshua W. was able to get us set up very quickly to make the container move efficient for both us and Dry Box. Thank you for the great service.

The guys at Drybox are super easy to work with and make the buying or moving of containers a smooth process. I highly recommend them.They just moved a 22 footer for me. This is the 9th container they have either moved or sold me.Love the customer service.

Recommend to anyone requiring temporary or long term storage. The team was pleasant to deal with on setup and delivery. The DryBox was clean and in great shape. Scheduling for pickup took 3 minutes via email. Fantastic experience working with Joshua and the team at DryBox.
