Very helpful and understanding when we brought our dog Lin Lin in for an emergency because she was severely allergic to fleas and had an infection due to biting.

Had a foster take a dog to this clinic. Have had a horrible time getting records sent to my vet for the rescue & the recommendation for this dog are so off that he’s sicker then he should be. There was a blood test requested we do for $400 but no reason why we can do other stuff first since he is emaciated and in need of EPI treatment, not a weight gain plan of high fat and fiber!! So unhappy even my vet said good luck getting anything out of them we have had people go sit for hours in the office to get paperwork.
I requested 2 times & the vet once. Now they say it will be there in an hour we will see I won’t hold my breath.

Dr. Fay is amazing! We found her clinic a few years ago and have been very happy with every visit. She's extremely knowledgeable and does a really good job of explaining things. She has always taken the time for our questions and always remembers our pups, despite the place being very busy. It wasn't until our lab required an emergency surgery recently that we realized what a truly awesome person she is. I'll be forever grateful for her care and communication during a very scary time. She went above and beyond to save our Charlie boy. My only complaint is that we didn't find her sooner. I highly recommend Dr. Fay!!

Seems since they moved to town things have changed . One of my new pups had a dewclaw that my vet in CA wouldn't remove. Brandy said " that's Calif" and we scheduled to have it removed at the time of his first teeth cleaning. They charged us way over what I would consider normal for a teeth cleaning that was so minimal , a year old pup,( a 1 on a scale of 1-5). He was already anesthetized for the dew claw removal. That was a much bigger procedure yet it seemed the tooth cleaning was the huge charge. I have never had a vet charge over 110$ for a cleaning even when the teeth were pretty dirty. The total bill to clean his teeth, and remove a dewclaw was 1200$. I like dr Brandy and her staff but I'm going to look for somewhere else. This is a small town too, not downtown Seattle. I'm surprised they are still open. I get the feeling the younger vets are pushing these health care plans for pets and if you don't do it, the price will make you consider , even if you don't agree with it. They pay the vet a lot a guess and if you aren't part of it- you can count on a sky high bill. They're making hard to have a dog unless you buy insurance. I think it's wrong.

I called about an appointment for my cat. Got options for right away with one Vet or a couple weeks. Its nice to know that have my cat covered whether it is an emergent concern or not. Ii took the second option for an annual check.

My dog was neutered (not at this office) on Friday and Sunday his incision opened entirely. I requested an appointment and sent photos via email that evening, praying our vet could see him. Woke up Monday (today) to a same day appointment. They fixed my pup up and now he is home recovering ❤️?
The office is very clean and inviting, they have a large assortment of items in the waiting area, things you would likely have to order for your pet or hunt for them at multiple pet stores.
They also have some fun items, like bumper magnets, socks with dogs on them, toys, etc.
it is also a large waiting area with plenty of seating, so you can easily sit apart from other pets.
The staff is top notch. Kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and they really do follow the Fear Free approach that they promise on their website. We had previously used Steamboat, and my Aussie was so traumatized that if we even drive near the building, she starts panicking. But she loves it at Newaukum Valley.
Dr. Fay is top notch .
We drive over an hour to this office because it is so comfortable and my pets love it.

Great vet. We have been looking in the Chehalis/Longview area for a while and this is a place we will be going back to. Reasonably priced and friendly staff.

Dr.Fay and staff are great. Yes, there’s a shortage of Veterinarians!! I plan ahead for visits and focus on appreciating the amazing privilege we have in having the lovely Dr. Brandy Fay and team in our community!!!

They got me in the day after I called when my cat had an abscess and I wasn’t even a client, I am now. The staff is very friendly and professional, the doctor was very good with my cat and took great care of my cat. Thank you all so much.

My 8 month old pup, Luci, fell very ill and was literally at deaths door. Because of the caring and knowledgeable staff, she lives today. Everyone that I had contact with treated me with respect and understanding. There are no words to express my appreciation for this hospital. I would recommend this place to everyone. AWESOME!!!

Very disappointed in the way these vets/techs here have treated my dog. After all day of no contact and several attempts to get answers they sent my dog back to the Shelter because I told them after I paid for everything I wouldn’t return. They punished my dog because I was upset. I was upset because they waited until last minute to change my dogs schedule and then contact me when I’m supposed to be at work. It was 4:40 pm and I called them around noon and they could have told me then that they needed to move her around. I could have made it work then. But they didn’t. I got very general information. No real time frames. This is incredibly bad for me because of my work schedule. I don’t work 9-5 like most. I work 4-1 am. I was visibly crying when I spoke to the front desk lady and she was incredibly pretentious towards me and my fiancé who’s been bringing his dog here for years. He used to sing about the Veterinarian and her practice. Punishing an innocent pup because of your issue with her owner.. it’s just wrong. I work with a vet tech that used to work here and they told me NEVER bring my animals here again. All this because I wanted to know why she was pushed back to the late evening when they said they’d start her spay “soon” hours prior.. Soon and almost 5 hours later are 2 separate timeframes. I just wanted some clarification/communication from them.. now my dog gets to sit in a cage again. This definitely tells me what they really think about “shelter dogs.”

The front staff are condescending and do not care about the animals they treat. Beware of no communication when changing appointments that you’ve already waited weeks for and wasting your time. The vet does not deserve this rating, but the current staff has made them lose a long time customer who has highly recommended them for a long time.
