Usually pretty good. Although today scheduled an oil change at 11 am, showed up 10 min early like I tend to. But it's now noon and my truck hasn't even been looked at. Why say you have times available when you don't?

We picked up our 2021 Ram Promaster on December 17, 2020. At the time, we noticed that the van was missing the slider door window that we specifically ordered. We were told that it was okay to finish the purchase of the van and that they, I5 Dodge, would contact the Ram area manager to find out what it would take to get a new door/window. Well, here we are almost two months later with no resolution. We filed a complaint with Ram directly - who said they contacted "Jessica the sales manager" to make sure the proper paperwork was filed. We have reached out to I5 Dodge sales department on several occasions after our complaint with Ram and they always tell us they'll get back to us. The general manager, Joe, finally dumped us off on the service department. We last talked to the service dept on Feb 3rd. And they, in true I5 Dogde fashion, said they would look in to it and get back to us. It's now the 7th and no call back. Be careful when purchasing a vehicle with them - make sure it has everything you ordered - they'll take your money, but the service after that is terrible.

Went in for a very basic new module program ($130) Walked out with a $800 bill, and my truck on a tow truck with more issues than when it went in with. And the answer being, we don't know what's wrong, and we have to call someone else. Took it to another dodge dealer, they had it fixed in an hour. They simply replaced the module these guys tried to program. Faulty brand new oem module? Maybe. That's not there fault if so. But the inexperienced tech that may or may not have caused the programming issues is the real problem. Who knows, but I wasted a lot of money on someone throwing guesses when they should have just started with the obvious, warranty the part that was just replaced. This is where people's dealer fears come from. Then I had to nearly refuse to pay my bill to get A refund for parts I had returned over a month ago with no communication.2 stars just because the service writer was nice and understanding and finally got my refund issued for a month old return. Which shouldn't have been his job to do in the first place.Still a 1 star experience besides that after how well I was treated at a different dealer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Felt they deserved a 5 star rating til rain started leaking on my front window on the inside. Not bad but any moisture on the liner is not good, so will have to figure out how to repair it , since cars are sold as is.

Took my Jeep to have looked at for noise and is been three day and they have not call me or anything. Been trying to get a hold of the service department and nothing. Now have to drive there to get info on my car.?
