Pumps are so slow it would have taken me an hour or more to pump the 50 gallons I was trying to purchase. What a brilliant way to lose revenue, owner!

Stopped with a bathroom emergency, saw the Portapotty was locked, so I went in to ask about it....same experience as others, I was told I needed to buy something before they'd unlock it for me. This is a terrible business practice, especially on such a sparsely populated stretch of road. It definitely discouraged me from ever doing any business with them in the future. And FYI - Mobil down the road has two Portapotties outside and Arco in the other direction has an indoor bathroom and excellent customer service.

They always have options of soda and beer that other places don't. Whether it be glass coke bottled sodas or N/A beers. Always quick and easy, in and out.

Just stopped for fuel, freezing cold outside and the ignorant lady working is too lazy to authorize the pump to work and plays her stupidity off like my fleet card was denied. If you have zero brain cells left you shouldn’t be working a customer service job.

I went here today to use the restroom & also to buy something to drink. But I had to use the restroom 1st. Well, the restroom is a sanican (portapotty) outside of the building. They closed down the bathroom inside due to COVID. Okay, not a problem. The sanican was locked. Still not a problem. I go inside and ask for the key. The man says okay you can use restroom. I say thank you and I will be getting something after I use the restroom. I walk out the door & then he runs up behind me & starts yelling about something. I couldn't understand what he was saying so I asked him to repeat himself. He was talking so fast I still couldn't understand what he was saying. I then said Sir, please talk slower because I cannot understand what you are talking about. He then points to the truck I am taking a CDL class in & screams YOU WITH THEM! I said yes. I didn't think that was an issue. He then starts screaming at me again & says BAD EXPERIENCE! SO SERVICES! He then snatched the key out of my hand & storms away. Up until today, I had no idea that there was a problem between him and the truck driving school I am attending(Western Pacific Trucking School). So in addition to overly high gass prices, dingy appearance, no bathroom facilities, you also have to deal with a rude owner who holds grudges against someone who knew nothing about this grudge until going into his store In conclusion, to the Korean gentleman who wailed at me like a banshee and wouldn't let me use the restroom, I will never spend another dime at your store. & I have spent a lot of money in your store in the past. Plus, if you wonder why you loose business to the Arco AM/PM up the highway from your store, take a good long look in the mirror & there will be your answer.

Do NOT stop here. As others have mentioned, they charge to use their gross port-a-potty outside. Then they price gouge on all goods AND charge a surcharge on credit card purchases. One worker was nice and reasonable. Owners were rude and angry. Save yourself and go a few miles further to the next station.

Trying to make people buy products just to use the bathroom and it’s not even an actual bathroom just a very gross portapotty with a lock on it. We also took our business elsewhere. Hope others do the same.

Stopped at this gas station so our kids could use the bathroom and we could buy drinks. There’s no restroom inside and the porta potty has a padlock. The worker came inside and hollered at us and told us to leave. Great business practice not to have a bathroom off a stretch of highway. I am likely to buy from a store if I can use a restroom. Went down the highway and gave them our business.
