Very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very good with your pets and you. They talk to you in a way that you understand.

No return call. Need shots records on my dogs. They had revoked their services to me about 2 years ago. A misunderstanding on the phone about an appt for my female dog getting vaccinated. Couldn't get me in for weeks. I told em I'd get it els where. They took it as I was going to another vet. Which I went to Tractor supply on their vet day for her vacation. Chehalis Centralia hospital took it I quit them. But I didn't. Months later went to make an appt for my dog, they refused serv for my animals. Talking did no good. They had taken care of my animals for over 10 yrs with no problems. Very good service through the years. Was an awful out come

We once took our two dogs to this clinic. We were so happy we returned with a new puppy after moving back to the area...... this time was a challenge. We had to wait nearly an hour, after getting a room another 12 minutes and then finally a very pleasant Veterinarian came to examine our new puppy. It was a very brief exam and she left. On the way out we paid our bill, $70. I'm sure we caught them on an extraordinarily busy day, but nonetheless we won't be back. The visit was hard on us and Lucy our Black Lab mix. They should have offered to reschedule our appointment.

Staff was friendly, and getting an appointment was quick and timely, but I want to talk about my experience with how my cat is recovering from being spayed. The wound does not look like a tidy cut at all. From what I've seen online, it looks much more sloppy. However, I will take that with a grain of salt. I'm not a surgeon, and could just be puffy. However, there is surgical glue everywhere on her fur, on her thighs, as well as poop on her butt. The glue is clumping her hair, and is uncomfortable and painful for her. I'm trying my best to clean it up, but it obviously hurts her when I do because she is still tender. I managed to clean up her backside.I would have expected they'd wipe her down and clean her up, rather than letting it dry onto her. That leads me to my last thing-I genuinely think they had forgotten to give her pain meds. The first night she cried everytime I touched any part of her, and didn't sleep at all. She just stared at the wall, irregularly breathing most of the night. In the morning when I could give her the meds they gave me (I didn't give her any at night on the off chance that they did, and could risk double dosing her. They told me they would, but it certainly didn't seem like they had.), she's vastly improved. She's still sore, but is able to move around and ask for affection now. Also, is three days of pains meds standard? Every other vet I've heard about from friends and family have prescribed a week. I found that odd.I hope that my experience was a singular event. I came here BECAUSE I was told my friends have had good experiences. That being said, I would have liked to seen my cat not covered in glue and poop when I brought her home.I will not be posting photos because they're either A.) a little grotesque B.) or literally poopy buttI'll spare everyone's eyes from that(edit: spelling error)

Dr. Fay is a caring & compassionate vet. She treats each animal as if it was her own. I can't say the same for her staff, however. It's just a job to them. Not only does Dr. Fay have a busy clinic, she also has a spacious kennel for boarding cats & dogs. My cat was boarded there a couple of times. Unfortunately, my cat developed diabetes. Dr. Fay treated him & he lived several more years. He was 18 years old when I asked Dr. Fay to put him down because his condition was worsening. They gave me a plaster of Paris copy of his footprint.

We travel for work with our 16 year old lab and 4 year old pittie mix and ended up in Chehalis at the time when we needed to put our old man to sleep. Everywhere I called was not accepting new patients and I was starting to panic. But, this office not only got us in the same day, they went above and beyond to walk us through everything, give us time when needed, and were so compassionate and kind. I can’t say enough great things about this clinic, staff, and vet. From the initial phone conversation to the moment they took his body away we felt like they cared about our pet and us. I would give them ten stars if I could.

Pretty lackluster, bringing in a new pet to get setup was unorganized and sure as hell don't want them looking after my pet if they can't handle simple things.

Right out of the gate this place was a clown show. Filled out their new patient paperwork online which they obviously did not use because they asked the same questions when scheduling an appt. So scheduled a nail trim and as soon as I show up that place just reeks. My animal is taken to the back for a nail trim and about 5 mins later I'm told she needs a new pet check, ok would have been nice to know but gave a green light. 10 mins later the vet comes out saying my 4lb cat soaking wet was too much to handle and could not get her out of the cage. Funny part was I just watch this vet handle a rather large dog that was a little nervous but cant handle a cat. The fix they suggested was sedation and reschedule. My thought would have been for me to come back pop the carrier's top off and remove her. My old vet never had a problem and I guess I will drive all the way to Tumwater and continue going there. If this organization has this many problems right out of the gate and can't really think outside the box you sure as hell will not treat my pet.

Dr Fay is absolutely amazing at what she does! However she has the worst staff I have ever seen . There is no real rules for anything it just depends on who you are to the staff. I worked there then quit rather soon and still continued to take my pets there cause she's wonderful.. well my mom got two new puppies as rescue she took them in and set up a nutter appointment for them both... Not one place in the paperwork did it have the appointment date no appointment card . My mom called cause they never called to confirm the appointment like they said they would with the instructions. When she called she learned that she had missed the appointment and she has a bill of $500 ... Are you kidding me they have to be out of their entire mind to think anyone is going to pay for an appointment they didn't actually know the date of They had my mom's phone number to call she updated all of her information on the visit and said they called her phone number well they called a phone number that hasn't worked in years like the computer must have glitched and rebooted to 2010 so the twats at the front desk have been nothing but rude to my mom.... The manager is a joke as well and if that's how Dr.faye wants her company ran she will be out of business in no time . Apparently she don't want anything to do with the running of the company just the working on of the animals. Well that's great but if her staff are so terrible and treat customers like trash she's going to run out of clientele this is a small town and words travels fast .... Really fast if it's bad ..

Dr. Fay is an AMAZING vet but trying to get an appointment for anything is impossible. I had a pet with a major infection and was told I'd have to wait 3 weeks which if I would've done my dog would be dead. The point of having a regular vet is to be able to see them when needed but the receptionist constantly says you can take your pet to the emergency clinic in Olympia which is crazy expensive or call another vet. They are supposed to be my vet yet they push me away! I know several people who are in the same predicament as me because we love Dr. Fay but her scheduling staff aren't helping. I couldn't even get flea medicine from them! I hope things get better or I will reluctantly change vets.
