“I never recommend car dealers. Most of the time it's this constant fight between the customer and the sales staff. A fight that the customer tends to lose. It's usually trying to get a decent amount for your trade-in, and then being told that you're too high, that sites like KBB, Edmunds, Nada, etc aren't very accurate. This is always bizarre to me considering those tools are put out there to provide consumers with information and give them a better chance at getting what their vehicle is worth. Throughout the process, you get to a point where you either can't come to an agreement, or they have worn you down so much that you just say yes to anything to get the torture to end. I experienced none of this with Awesome Ford of Chehalis. And just like their name implies, they really are awesome. The sales staff have been quick to act on any questions and requests that have, they are a no-markup dealership and sell at MSRP which is so rare these days. When we got to the F&I office, it continued the same excellent experience. No forcing to buy extended warranties or other add-on products. When I mentioned I wasn't interested, that was heard, and we moved on to completing the deal. With the accommodation of completing most things prior to arriving, by the time we got there, signed papers, and transferred items to our new truck, we were gone within an hour! That's just unheard of. I will continue to use this dealer and recommend them to anyone who is looking for an amazing vehicle purchasing experience.”
“Service was fine. I had asked the service person that my original parts, non-oil type, be returned to me. At the time that I was checking out, I asked the service person about my parts. He said he had forgotten. Next time I hope that this will not happen again. Had it not been for the parts issue, I would have given 5 stars.”

“Great Shop, Trustworthy and HONEST!!!!My appointment was not saved correctly by the mechanic I spoke to, so when I arrived I was not in the computer. Lucy was reassuring and said they could look at my truck and diagnose the problem by the end of the day. Well four hours later Lucy call and says that it is fixed and I can come pick it up. Ended up being a stupid little electrical relay that cost $31.00. I could have been raked over the coals so to speak but they were honest and did a great job. I now know where to take my vehicles for repair.”

“While I was driving to Seattle on I-5, my car started to shake. It was 4:30pm on a Friday, so everywhere I called couldn’t take me, except for Twisted Wrenches. I was so relieved! The front desk person was generous, even giving me their extra water bottle when I was thirsty. And when I showed up they took my car straight back to take a look at it. In under 15 min, I was back on the road. The spark plug became disconnected, so it was a quick fix. I can’t express enough how much this resolved my anxiety.
