“One week out. Appointment made. Dropped off night before. Easy. Called me about an hour after appt time. Done. $230 to fix our mistake. We replaced the starter and battery but mixed up the wires and the battery terminals needed replacing. Could've charged me more and taken longer. Glad they didn't. Honest.”
“My 80's econoline conversation van is my prized possession, but she began to overheat this summer. Previous repairs had not relieved the problem and I was starting to lose hope. Would I have to sell it? Would I ever lay in the back with the doors wide open, inhaling the scent of heat rising off the pines? Would I ever run barefoot in a river bed on my way back to it excited for a warm bed? I cried on my way home today when I could stop at a traffic light without stress. She's as good as new (or as new as a nearly 40 year old rig can be). I'll definitely be back (hopefully not soon) because sometimes you don't just have a vehicle, you have a piece of yourself you don't want to lose and you need a trustworthy mechanic to keep it going. “I live 2 hours from the dealership, but from now on, I will be making the drive for their awesome service department. They just completed a substantial amount of work on my 2015 Ram. I have never worked with a service advisor as patient and kind, knowledgeable, whip smart, efficient,,,,(shall I continue?), as service manager Kelsi. I'm confident that her excellence runs through her department, since those qualities tend to trickle down through any business.
I came there because of another employee, my best friend, Martin Ray, but I'll keep coming back because of a rare commodity I found there. Trust.

“Went in yesterday because my stereo system in my Ford Fiesta was unresponsive, and I wanted music for my road trip. Went to the Service Department, and Ethan said he could probably get my stereo working. Within two minutes, he had my car blasting with awesome music and noticed that my driver's side door bolt was almost unscrewed!! He asked if he could drive my car to the garage, and he had a mechanic who was already working on a car, come and tighten the screw. I was on the road with tunes and a tightened door, all within about 10 minutes, and it didn't cost me a dime!Thanks, Ethan! You guys rock!”

“I broke down at work and had my pick up towed to twisted wrenches. It arrived after they closed. They called me next morning with what was wrong with it and an estimate. By afternoon they called again my pickup was done! Water pump, alternator and serpentine belt. I was very grateful my pickups all I have to drive. I had never met anyone at twisted wrenches and the treated me and my pickup like I was a priority.

“My brother and I were driving by when the trailer we were hauling jumped off the hitch. We pulled right in his parking lot and George came out to see if we were alright. Got trailer back on the hitch and secured. George displayed a Good Samaritan attitude that's not easily found these days. Very helpful to total strangers with no expectations.”
“We needed somebody to do some repairs on our 2006 Land Rover LR3, so we were ecstatic when we found a mechanic that was dedicated to Land Rover! They did an amazing job getting everything taken care of, and at a very reasonable price. They were also very accommodating of our schedule, which was greatly appreciated.
