“I had a smell in my car that was plaguing me for weeks. I tried everything from baking soda, Febreze, white vinegar, Clorox wipes, etc. and nothing was getting this smell out. I called them on a Sunday expecting to leave a voicemail, but the owner answered, he listened to my concerns and told me he would call back when he was able to look at the scedule. I received a call back on Monday where he gave me all the options and I decided to drop my car off with them for a few days so they could work on it between their scheduled appointments. I dropped it off early Tuesday morning thinking it would be done thursday or friday. I received a call the next morning letting my know my car was ready for pick up. At pick up, staff warned me that it would smell like the product they used to nuetralized the odor, but would disapate in a few days. I am extremely grateful and happy for all they did for me and the service they provided from the first phone call to pick up. I will definitely bring my car into them again.”

I was really impressed when you stepped up to the plate and replaced the windshield, even though I acknowledged it was out the door. I will be recommending others to you, and all I can say is thank you. Your more like friends than just a business.”

“Hand wash rather than just a spray down made for a cleaner wash than usual. They take the time to do it right. Only one bay though, so the wait can be longer than usual. It’s the price you pay I suppose.”
