And again another package they claim was delivered is nowhere to be found! They need to start checking their drivers, do not trust the chattaroy post office with your packages!

Blue truck driving female tossed packages onto the porch while cursing up a storm. She used to back violently into my driveway until she nearly hit my car while I was in it. Now she just pulls away as fast as she can and tears out of the community. I appreciate the deliveries, I don't appreciate the violence with which this individual makes them.

The actual building has great service but the delivery person in the chattaroy area is horrible. I think they are new. Started around December 2021. I found a package in the snow next to my gate. The reason I found it was because I was plowing my driveway. Than today 12/30/21 the postal carrier folded and smashed some calendars from shutter fly I to my mailbox so they didn't have to drive up the driveway. And they are delivering mail out of the normal drivers door, so they are going against traffic. This person should rethink there job choice.

Clean and nice employees. It’s nice that they have a small staff... the same faces. I like small out of town post offices

Because of a bad past experience with mail theft, we choose not to have a mail box on our rural street. A few times UPS shipment pulls a switcheroo on us and drops our package off at the Chattaroy post office for final delivery over the past several years, and of course, the mail carriers cannot deliver because of our choice not to have a street mail box. I’ve had to call the Chattaroy post office and ask if they can please hold our package rather than return to sender. Each time they have been kind enough to hold onto so I can pick up. I am thankful for that! I don’t know how many other post offices would be so kind to do this, but I appreciate them for doing so. I try my best to avoid this scenario but sometimes these UPS to USPS handoffs catch me off guard. Thank you Chattaroy post office!

I've been shipping a variety of packages for my Etsy since July and am in love with this Post office! There is almost never a line, but when there is, it's hardly ever a wait. I always see the same few people behind the counter and they are polite, fast, efficient and clearly know exactly what they are doing. I will happily continue to ship through them. Great Job!

Local P.O. that never has a line and seems to go out of their way to lookup a package and track down every inquiry that comes in with extra care. Thanks to all the helpful staff and postmaster that make this place pleasant.

We are new to the area, having moved for the first time in 35 years. The Post Office gang were over-the-top helpful! We not only had to do the change of addresses, voter registration, get a post office box, register our mail box at the development, and more.
The gentleman that attended to us made us feel right at home, I think his name was Seth, did a great job, as did the 'back office' crowd who have always been so kind to retrieve packages, provide mailing and shipping advice, and point out interesting landmarks and places to see.
This is the definition of service from the government that I think should be bottled and sold to other agencies. For example, like the DMV and the Social Security Administration. Just kidding, I like standing in line for twenty minutes and getting told that a box on the form was checked wrong, so back of the line!
I think we had to wait in line, total, since we got to Chattaroy last October a grand total of maybe 90 seconds. And we have always been met with a smile and a helpful attitude. This reinforces our notion that we made exactly the right choice in moving from Seattle. So now that we are here, the rest of you can stay there. And this time we are not kidding.
Thanks Chattaroy Post Office!

The new post master they have running this place is great! He has really cleaned up the building. Also putting in a drive up drop box has been most helpful.

Would rate 0 stars for the postal woman that keeps shoving my large college textbooks into the mailbox and ruining the cover/binding. These are $200-$300 books.
